    Frazier is what I've been waiting for since the Frisco game last year.
    A true career center! I if he stays 100%
    Committed to his heath and endurance and learn the way the Steelers want him to be as a Pittsburgh Steeler.
    I wish him many years of success as a Pittsburgh Steeler.

      The Steelers have always built the Offensive Line through the center from Webster to Dawson to Pouncey and now Frazier. That’s some pretty rarified air to be in!

    • @jackhaugh
      @jackhaugh Месяц назад +1

      There was a wrestler from UPJ that won 6 NCAA national championships; 3 D2 and 3 D1 over the course of 3 years named Carlton Haselrig that the Steelers drafted in ‘89 with their 12th round pick (yes, the draft used to be 12 rounds!)
      He went on to be a Pro Bowl guard for the Steelers without ever having played college football.
      The Steelers obviously favor a wrestling background for players.
      The LB Wilson they drafted in the 3rd round from NC State was also a HS state wrestling champ in NC, beyond being just a total freak of an athlete!

    While this is fine a video as it stands, I would recommend that you consider doing comparison ones: taking tape from 2 or more players at the same position & comparing.
    No fault in what you do. It's the comments section. You could literally put the same title on all your videos for Centers with only the name different & you'll get All The Same Comments from people just cheering their favorites. But while it gets the views, I feel this demeans your efforts to a degree.
    Also, then we could actually see & assess the videos made by others. Anyhow, that's my two cents.

    🔥🔥🔥 I’m a Steelers Stan and this breakdown was on point ‼️I’ll admit I was pounding the table for Barton and JPJ because I was considering athleticism and raw power. However, after watching this, I see the nuance in his game and the leverage from his wrestling background making a difference. I’m hoping he’s Iron Mike 2.0.

    #11 for Penn St. is Abdul Carter. A phenomenal athlete, but his processing in the middle left a lot to be desired. That's why PSU is moving him out to the Edge this season. He's extremely talented...wouldn't be surprised if he becomes the next Chop Robinson

    • @jackhaugh
      @jackhaugh Месяц назад

      Pouncey was known for his ability to get up to the second level in a heartbeat, and his ability to pull like a guard as a center, which is really rare.
      Half of football is from the neck up and in between the ears as well as knowing how to be in position and how to execute proper technique. This kid has most of that down pat already. I used to play D end in a German Semi pro American football league at 5’9” 225# against guys that were 6’6”-6’7” and well over 300#s and owned them every snap of every play because they had no technique.

    The steelers haven't missed in the second round in like 2 decades or more..it doesent matter who they draft he is probably gonna be better than the first round pick they drafted, the steelers love the second round and they always hit monstrously!
