So I've watched a few of these videos and because this is the latest I'll comment: I would love to let my 16yr old girl get lessons with you but I fail to see the serious disciplinary side from yourself... I get that you are trying to make your student relaxed and comfortable but being "too friendly" is too backwards... you need to have way more discipline and control... these folk are your students and not your friends so you need to up your professionalism to say the least!! I get what you are doing being friendly and joking but draw a line where lessons and safety are concerned!
