You could say the Malachite after Azurite is a perimorph since they're both Copper Carbonate Hydroxides. I notice some zones or layers of yellow in the specimen. I'm guessing the yellow could be Siderite since it's an Iron Carbonate and Siderite as well as Malachite and Azurite are all carbonates.

Awesome rocking video Jtv RUclips group. Pseudomorphs reminds me of petrified wood. Natalie, no you didn’t say that pun, “Life’s tough when you are rocking out.” Say the toughness of 9 on the Mohs scale. You’re the craziest rock sisters. PS Geology makes awesome topics.

The ROM in Toronto has drinks on Friday nights after 5 pm. I tell my husband let's go to the museum and have a cocktail on the rocks with the rocks. 🤣🤣🤣
I know cheesy geology joke. At the ROM they do have a geology section of the museum.

Personally i have more interest in the elements involved with gold mineralisation 👍 & geological assessment of formation base minerals in association 🤔 The information that is provided in relation to gemstones on JTV is exceptional viewing 💯% And i would like to congratulate all members involved in the production for their efforts and educational information 👍
