I worked for a company that did not use punishment for the kiddos. For the rbts they would take us off the schedule and cut our hours for little stuff like not taking the same data. But being told two different things from the lead rbt and bcba. I got frustrated a quit. I was willing to learn and do whatever. I hated being punished for something that could be addressed in healthy 2 min conversation and with me. I felt like the company had no idea how they apply ana to the staff the would just blame punish people who were trying to do what they askesd. Then they wouldn't address the inconsistency between the bcba and rbt communication and expectations.
I working on becoming a BCBA i have my masters in early intervention and child development ans 4 out of 7 bcba courses. Love your channel. Part of the job is oab rbts are people to. If you build them up they willl succeed if you tear them down they will fall. Aba is team sport 100%.
