The hard reset fixed my Fitbit (I had already tried the first two options)- thank you so much! I thought I was going to have to buy a new one! Thanks for taking the time to help those of us who are… technically challenged! 😊
Help!!?? I have a Charge4 with screen issues. The screen is always extremely dim. I can see the setting for the screen and it's at normal but it's nearly impossible to see. I've done the reset while plugged into the charger and there was no change or improvement. I've tried changing the clock face as suggested in another video but it didn't help with the brightness issue. Any thoughts? Thanks!
wow I didnt think this would work, I pressed the button for 20 seconds even, as suggested on a website I found and it did not work, why? well they didnt mention it had to be connected to the usb charger, so I did it worked. Many thanks
