Hello my name is Kyrie and I am 9 years old,
I have started learning since I was 6 but I blew it with my last piano teacher... I forgot everything he said.
But now I learned a valuable lesson to be a good listener, and this is such a big help to me and besides, very soon I'll be enrolled to go to a piano school and I hope I keep learning from this. Thank you for the teaching.
-One of your loving students of piano

🙏Namaste. No words are enough to praise for the patience, labour, time and money you’re devoting on these cumbersome free piano lessons with such a magnanimous heart when some true music lovers round the globe are unable to pay heavy fees. And the way you’re teaching looks as easy as drinking water. You’re doing a great job by teaching music, the only divine instrument that has no language and can break all man-made barriers. And it is true if everyone in the world learns music we can definitely wipe-out terrorism, separatist agitations, hatred and cruelty. Lots of love from India and May god bless you. 🌿
It's my honor to serve in this way. Thank you for your kind words.

Thank you for these lessons ive always been drawn to the piano but found learning from apps really difficult but im progressing better now with your help.
Happy to hear that! I agree that learning from apps can leave some gaps! (I made a rhyme!) How long have you been trying to learn piano?
@PianoVideoLessons I've been interested in piano for years but got myself a second hand keyboard last year to practice on (I don't have space for a piano) and struggled with the app lessons so left it for a while but have recently bought myself a new yamaha keyboard np15 to try again and I think its going really well this time.

PianoVideoLessons and I like you coz you are cute 👌
I have a question. On some sheet music, the finger number is not always placed on top of the first note, correct? If so, how do we know which finger to use?
Gracias!

Lesson 3 done
how to get the pdfs?
loving your lessons! I've got a question, why do we need to change our fingers if plating the same note?
Hello! Thanks! That's a skill that you'll need from time to time, so I've introduced it here. :)
In previous lesson you showed how to placed fingers i.e. RH fingers placed from C to G starting from thumb to last small finger.
Now in this lesson you are not playing with same fingers as shown in previous lesson. Which is correct?
I thought I answered this a long time ago....but now the reply is not there.
So here you go:
There are 88 keys on the piano and only 10 fingers. We can play the 5 fingers of each hand on any key, each piece of music can be different!
Thank u sister for music leaning I want to give some money because your is so helpful for me.....
wow! thanks! You could purchase the ebook that accompanies the lessons:from my website, if you want to contribute. Or, you could make a donation: courses.pianovideolessons.com/donations/

A question please ... I almost forgot Some things ..but I am still talented in playing every song I hear without notes ... waiting for your answer plz 🌚

Thank you madam
You’re welcome 😊
169k subscription is super underrated..
Thank you!
You're incredible. How do we donate?
Ma’am can i get pdf?
May you please tell what is the use of using different fingers for one key.
there are times when you'll need to use different fingers. Let's start now, before we get too rigid in our thinking/technique.
Why do you place the stem down on some notes??
Nice lessons. Please why is the finger changing necessary since its the same note being played?
This is a drill to work all of the fingers, and to pay attention to changes. There are no set fingers on specific notes and it's good practice to pay attention to finger numbers.
❤❤
Can i ask a question? I just noticed the two 4 on the left side and a number 5 also on the left side, what is their purpose ma'am? Thank you :)
The two 4's are the time signature, directing you to count 4 quarter notes. (You'll learn more about that later! Lesson 13) The small 5 I think you noticed is the measure count. The measure or bar directly beside that number is the 5th measure of the piece.
PianoVideoLessons thank you ma'am. :)
Me to
here from Philippines, i hope you could answer my question,, im so, so cofuse about fingering esp. in right hand when playing melody.. what if there is no number of fingering in music sheet,, what should i do..??? thanks for your answer.. God Bless you Always...

What is an stamp
I would like to have the chords for these lessons.
I have two questions... are you writing with a pen or pencil? how do we know the octave of the note on the staff?
I am writing with a mechanical pencil.
Each note lives on a specific line or space. You'll learn all of that in lessons coming up in this series, or you can check out the Note Reading Crash Course, or Note Speller for Piano series of videos here on my channel.
PianoVideoLessons I know that each line on the staff represents a note (C/D/E/F/G/A/B/C#/Eb/F#/Ab/Bb) but how do I know the note on the staff belongs to which octave on the piano? Here I am talking about the scale. For example if a whole note is just between the 5th and 4th line of the staff counting from down to up. Then we can say that the whole note is F key on the piano but F key of which octave? I also want to know how to find the mid C key on different pianos with different number of keys. THANK YOU!
ruclips.net/video/ZCIEcgRnMZc/видео.html
What about pianos more than 61 keys?
I came to know that the best way to find mid C of any piano is to find the frequency 261.6 Hz using any note finding app like pitched tuner. Now could you please tell me how do I find the octave of the notes from the staff of any sheet?
