Oh no your voice! You need to rest your voice 😷 don’t worry about videos, we can wait! Something that used to help me was to damp a cotton scarf with natural water and cover my neck, and on top of that you cover the damped scarf with a dry scarf. I used to do it before sleeping... I hope it helps!
