Forgot to include some Cosmix fan redesigns someone in my server shared a while back, whoops. I can't seem to find it for now, but if I do I'll be sure to share it here.
Actually season 6 was supposed to be all about Mythix it. In fact the story was drastically changed. Here is what was removed: The trix were supposed to attack in the library and there was a confrontation between bloom vs trix and Selina. Stella, Flora and Musa are mummified tecna trapped in a pit and Aishia being mummified. Before Selina could knock out bloom she’s knocked out by the fairy god mother and icy takes Selina away. And tells Selina to someone all mythical creature of Egypt. Nebula calls for help because the trix are attacking the island Bloom, Flora and Aishia go and team up with Roxy who is in her enchantix form. After defeating Selina and accept that bloom can’t reach her friend she vows to find a way to destroy the book for good or stop it. This means mythix was achieved in episode 9. As the episode go on the outfit would have Change as they discover more people. Tecna’s spell was Mythical lightning blitz where she became a lightning bolt ( fun fact the idea was in a fairy animal for tecna) Musa had sonic mumbo wave and sound toss. Basically a condensed sonic bloom. The reason why the season changed because there was a scene where icy was hit with Musa’s sound toss and showed icy with bleeding ears. The writers fought to keep it in but they were order to redo the season or be revealed as the cause of the cancellation of the Winx Club. They only had 2 years and that why. In fact Selina was supposed to be caught in the book too and bloom gave her a temporary magic gem to fight.
With Enchantix I love how unintentionally each fairy earned it. None of them cared about becoming more powerful or forcing it, they all just did the right thing because it’s who they are
Personally I feel if they saved someone knowing they’d get it, they wouldn’t be granted it as Enchantix is meant to be you’re ready to endanger yourself or sacrifice something important for someone else without getting something in return
@@theghel1296 honestly I’d actually love to see Diaspro get her Enchantix, the fan art I’ve seen is amazing. I always believed if she ever got the chance it’d be through Sky, and this would’ve been an awesome way of showing she’s becoming a better person! Really stupid only the Winx get new forms (not counting Roxy technically does have an official Enchantix and Butterflix form)
@@kristinahuchison2511 I hoped so, SO much when it was confirmed that Diaspro would appear in season 8 that she'd reveal her Enchantix or even gain it, I could also see her getting it through Sky. But of course, that would be too much effort on Rainbow's side. Why redeem Diaspro when they could just shove her down our throats as a way to make Bloom look more sympathetic?
Enchantix will always reign Supreme. It is called their final fairy form for a reason. Fairy dust, miniaturization, wings that could fly faster and sustain higher wings, more powerful and effective spells with great names plus unique convergences. It built upon everything the show had at the moment and showed Rainbow's true capability with Winx. We also can't forget their rocking majestical looks.
Honestly Enchantix had EVERYTHING. The outfits showing them blooming into beautiful and powerful fairies, their wings indeed reflect their personalities and are stain glass designed! Honestly Musa’s Enchantix wings are the best wings in the entire series, and Tecna’s are so angelic too! Honestly I was so mad the fairy dust bottles got nixed in Believix, moving the dust to their wings instead, though technically Enchantix wings contained fairy dust as well. I do have to admit the only things Believix did better was the spell names and the transforming itself for Leila and somewhat Musa. NGL Believix felt like a downgrade at almost everything.
Enchantix was everything tbh a Supreme name, Supreme power and great name spells, fairy dust, miniaturasion, extreme powerful wings that can handle any strong winds and their outfits rock no transformation will be at the level Enchantix is
@@jisooya3036 I mean S3 was meant to be the end of the series. That’s why Baltor and Enchantix are so freaking iconic and legendary. Yeah unfortunately the finale was kinda lackluster because the other Winx don’t really do anything and the Trix weren’t even in the last episode, they literally almost drowned and got rearrested and sent to Lightrock. The only problems I had was unfortunately Musa, Flora and Helia don’t really get much attention, especially Helia, which I actually would’ve killed to see Flora actually dying in front of him to save Rose/Miele from drowning and he’s in complete shock. Or with Musa her Enchantix earning was my least favorite unfortunately because Galatea only appeared in one other episode just as an introduction for 30 seconds, plus Musa was actually conscious when she got her Enchantix powers. I’m rewriting Galatea is actually unconscious from smoke inhalation, and Musa noticed a flaming bookshelf about to crush them and shoved her out of the way, while it crushes, burns and traps Musa, and the other Winx scream in shock, but when she transforms the transforming itself actually heals her burns and injuries
S3 should have been the ending. The next seasons, especially the most recent ones have only gotten worse to the point they look ridiculous now. Is there are argument to the series now?
I'm glad that Belevix got a couple of bumps up the list. I always liked the idea of the form and it's designs but I do agree more could've been done with the form.

Like Roxy only beleieving in the winx’s because she was fully in danger but overtime the form getting stronger as she believes more in the winx in other aspects over time.
I mean to be fair Bloom got her Winx by believing in herself, so in that logic she should’ve been able to skip Winx, Charmix and Enchantix. Only reason Roxy was originally made a Believix fairy was because she was going to become an official Winx member, which kinda doesn’t make sense because S4 I think was meant to be the ending after they decided to make one more season, plus they transformed back into Enchantix, indicating Believix was no longer needed. With Roxy, its for debate of her skipping Charmix because she overcame her fear of being a fairy, but I don’t count freeing the Earth fairies of Morgana from the mirror as Enchantix requirements as the point is to be ready to endanger/sacrifice yourself for someone else. Plus her magic doesn’t really come from humans starting to trust the Winx over time, it’s literally through Bloom’s guidance and Morgana cheering her on in her dreams. But ultimately the point of Charmix and Enchantix is to show their growth as people reflecting through how they use their magic, not just cheating through forms. TBH in my opinion Believix is overrated, its not awful or anything but the way it’s presented and talked about kept trying to show its more powerful than Enchantix, and that simply isn’t true. The outfits look too sporty/cheerleader style except Tecna and Flora, the wings are gigantic, the 3 wings should’ve been spells instead, they can technically miniaturize too, and fairy dust got remolded as manipulation to force humans into trusting them, which realistically that isn’t how believing/trusting someone works. I felt also having Roxy grant them it as a group kinda sped it through and it would’ve been so much better to see the Winx individually helping others and that’s how they get Believix, considering the whole point was to come out as fairies eventually instead of hiding their magic
i love believix, but certain wings, like blooms kind of annoy me? idk i guess i prefer wings with like, a sharper shape? hers just look like squiggles lol.
Unpopular opinion: Harmonyx is glorious! It could be more diverse to underline girls characters and personality traits, but overall it has a catchy song, a nice, thought simple design, and a cute transformation moves.
Personally, I liked how Harmonix slotted into the story. Especially the fact that they had actual reasons for it (which I think was because Believix having too big of wings that created too much drag to fight effectively?) and was seen in the show.
Actually, the reason why Believix doesn’t work is because Faragonda said that the Believix form specifically is weaker underwater. The big wings hurt mobility, but the energy beams are weaker because it’s just a weakness that Believix has. In S3, they didn’t have problems with magic usage because they used Magic Winx. In early S5, they used Believix, hence why they struggled with their spells underwater.
It was an excuse to make a new form. They never tried using Enchantix underwater, and I would’ve loved to see because Enchantix is the key to new forms if they got an underwater Enchantix

Stella was the fairy of the sun and the moon but majorly used her sun spells and the outfits were also kinda more on the sun side but onyrix outfit was more of the representation of moon , and glad you mentioned that. ☀️🌙

If you watch the original Rai version (which is quite different from the 4Kids unfortunately but more accurate to the Italian dub) Stella is both Sun and Moon because of her parents King Radius and Queen Luna. She even has at least two moon spells in the Rai dub. 4Kids does make a couple nods of her lunar side, but unfortunately not a lot aside the theme song saying “the sun and the moon” plus her blue cuffs, blue headband blue scepter she had in her Winx form are meant to represent her lunar side. The main reason she was changed to fairy of the shining sun in the Nick dub is because they were getting copyright issues of Stella being too similar to Sailor Moon, so Nick changed it, along with a ton of other things (and a lot than 4Kids ever did)
The sirenix song is SOOO iconic. Even after I've passed my Winx phased, i still remember the song and i still sing it. Amazing, iconic, breathtaking, showstopping, never done before, the sirenix theme song is THAT girl.
I have to agree with Enchantix being the best. When I was a kid watching it, I always thought to myself nothing could beat it, especially Tecna and her outfit
Musa’s was always my favorite, mainly because her Enchantix wings are f*cking gorgeous and my favorite set out of the entire series. But Tecna’s Enchantix wings give me an angel vibe

Bloomix had SO much potential! Since after Bloom shared her dragon flame with the winx, their elements got mixed with the flame, so, each girl could've had a "dragon" created by their elements. For example, Bloom would be stuck with her usual dragon because she's already had enough, Musa could've had a dragon made out of musical notes and other music type shit, Stella could've had a dragon made out of sun and moon light, literally a light dragon. Aisha could've had a water dragon/ Panlong, Tecna could've had a robotic dragon full of numbers and shit and finally Flora could've had a nature based one, like made out of vines and flowers and leaves and yk nature themed shit. Idk if this is a good idea though i just thought of it a few secs ago💀
it literally had so much potential but the way the winx just suddenly accepted it is kinda lame. i really wanted to see them struggle to control it and maybe each girl would have a special spell that had smth to do w the dragon flame. and it kinda made sense why they got it, i’d def love to see a remake of s6

Aisha absolutely OWNED Harmonix. That was completely HER transformation. I honestly think that it's her best transformation look. Everything about it is just so fitting for a fairy who's the guardian of an ocean planet. It's so easy to picture how the dress' long train, the ribbons on her legs and even her long ponytail all would flow along the ocean currents as she swims through the water. Let's also not forget her transformation sequence. That ending pose!? Immaculate.

Really the only ones I actually liked was Bloom’s because of the colors and her’s unfortunately is the only one Sailor Moon inspired, and Tecna’s actually suits her powers quite well

I wish they had named Bloomix after the dragon flame. It could have shown how the Winx earned them through hard and/or psychological tribulations. It would have also shown how willing Bloom's friends were to help her carry the massive load that was controlling the Dragon Flame, so that she didn't have to do it alone anymore. Flamix or Draconix or SOMETHING!!! Bloomix just seems so lazy and egotistical.
Nah Bloomix was meant to glorify how “amazing” Bloom is, so powerful she even got to create a fairy form 🙄 but yet couldn’t use her Enchantix powers at their zenith until the movie became she “didn’t have a world to save/protect” I would name it either Dragonix, Flamix, or Sparx as reference from the 4Kids name for Domino which is where the Great Dragon vanished and left her remaining flame to be wielded by members of the royal family of Domino/Sparx. Rainbow tried convincing Bloomix wasn’t about little miss narcissistic, but to show them blooming into powerful fairies. Um, excuse me? ENCHANTIX?! Literally flower themed and nearly each fairy almost dying or died to obtain it!
Actually TBH I ALWAYS wanted Lovix to come back. I actually really love the winter theme and honestly in my opinion most of the Winx look better in Lovix. Sophix wasn’t that bad but personally it kinda felt like a knock off Enchantix, considering Enchantix is literally flower designed

@@Yesmypfpismeirl I’m just hoping they actually finish Icy’s story, considering S9 is meant to be slice of life and no overlapping plots anymore unfortunately. Honestly I still don’t get why didn’t the Winx transform into Enchantix a second time to use their fairy dust to heal Sapphire, let’s say for the sake of the plot (and the writers are evil) for whatever reason their most powerful spell Enchantix Fairy Dust Convergence doesn’t work, we get the scene Sapphire is temporarily human again, just for her to revert back into a fox, and Icy hates Bloom and the others now more than ever for “messing with her feelings by lying about being able to help Sapphire. As much as Icy will ALWAYS be a cold hearted witch with absolutely no love in her heart aside for Darcy and Stormy (aka their original backstory S1-3) Icy used to be one of my favorite characters as a kid so I am kinda willing to forgive Rainbow for “victimizing” Icy. But S9 is meant to be even more kiddy and probably silly because of a more childish audience, I really don’t know. In some ways I feel S8 had darker themes than S6 and 7, considering Orion was trying to save a star he accidentally broke by himself, literally jeopardizing everyone on his home planet. I’m actually kinda expecting that Rainbow will introduce a bunch of forms from the comics because 90% of forms are 1 time use.
Personally, I do like the designs of Mythix. Kinda reminds me of an upgraded version of Charmix, but you are absolutely right about the spells and the CGI look. Maybe if they had been animated in 2D like Tynix, it would have looked better.

Actually Tynix was supposed to 3D as well, but in that time, Rainbow has very low budget (search wikifandom to know for more information) so they have to cut it as much as possible, so that is the reason why they changed the voice actor as well
same! i think they are actually the best design, i love the simplicity of them and how they make every fairy very characterful yet easily recognizeable. The later forms add a little bit too much pretty and frills for my taste
Still so mad Stella’s Solaria Ring never reappeared, considering its the birthright of the princess of Solaria. I never really got why none of the other princesses didn’t have stand out features (I know Musa originally wasn’t a princess but in 4Kids she’s the daughter of a former prince)
Same I just started wat hung winx so I haven’t really seen all the other designs yet but so far the magic winx is def my fave like musas transformation litter lu so bad ass and how she’s standing on the disc showing how she’s the fairy of music has to be my fave route transformation out of the rest the tecnas wings- I just wished they kept the concept of tecnas wings bc they weren’t ordinary wings the electronic wings and I felt that’s what made her outfit so special I honestly wished the kept her old wings 😭😭😭
I don't know where to say this, so I'll just say it here: Mythix spells should have been based on myths, whether on Earth or the Magic Dimension, for example: Bloom: Dragon's Heart Stella: Apollo's Light Flora: Beanstalk's Growth Musa: Orpheus' Songs Aisha: Naiad's Embrace Tecna: Pinocchio's Strings Roxy: Aesop's Fables (She can use any of the animals in any way, basically) + Some Convergence Spells: Stella + Musa: Helios' Chariot Musa + Tecna: Strings of Music and Technology (Working Title) Musa + Aisha: Sonic Wave (Just because the name sounds so cool) Flora + Roxy: Summoning Giants (No, it's not the name, it's just what they do)
This sounds so cool, I wish they had the creativity and the courage to do interesting things and not just do the bare minimum to please kids. Today the earlier seasons are still the best in terms of storyline, dialogues and character development.
Finding myths for Techna is one hell of a task since technology is relatively new but it would be fun to show some internet/tech myths. Like, did Goggle (a virus/malware) exist before or after Google? Wi-Fi/internet confusion, myths about robots and AI, etc. I think you’re confusing Apollo and Helios, Apollo is arts, music and sun, Helios is just sun
TBH I’d be surprised if Rainbow managed to make a form even better than Enchantix. Literally the only one that came even close was Bloomix because of the designs, but otherwise personally Bloomix isn’t visually cooler except Bloom (her Enchantix is a bit ugly) and Leila’s except the wings
When I was a kid I was so mesmerized by Enchantix I got excited thinking what could possibly come next. Sadly even with the neat designs of Believix it seems they only downgraded from there. I thought they were gonna get a new form that came from the sacrifice of saving their ENTIRE planets or something based off love since they were attached at the hip to their boyfriends. At least the fandom made some amazing art of concepts like that 😂
6:23 I believe the reason because their powers are less effective underwater in season 5 with believix is their wings. The Believix wings are much larger than the Magic Winx's, what makes then slow down, and no, they couldn't have just transformed back again in Magic Winx because they would have been much weaker without Believix.

Enchantix wings are smaller too, and its the ONLY form that can evolve (at least that was how Enchantix’s relationship with other forms work, it grows more powerful with each form you achieve, so obviously a brand new Enchantix fairy wouldn’t be nearly as powerful as one who has Believex, Sirenix (etc))
@@jaimemijares4419 what do you mean? What I’m saying is there is no actual point for making an entirely new transformation for underwater missions. There’s an entire episode in S3 (Leila’s Enchantix) where they transformed into their magic Winx with a special spell Leila had that would turn water into oxygen for them to breathe without any problems. Plus their powers weren’t weaker underwater either (except maybe Bloom) It doesn’t even explain why Believix seemingly made them weaker underwater. I’m not kidding, their wings acted like giant anchors once they were hit with the oil and pollution. Harmonix doesn’t have an actual purpose to exist aside training them in underwater combat for when they hopefully got Sirenix, a much more powerful and dangerous form. Otherwise there’s literally a chapter in the comics where Enchantix actually turns into mermaid tails for them to use their powers underwater. It’s such a missed opportunity considering how beautiful underwater Enchantix was
Harmonix and Sirenix shouldve been switched narratively, Harmonix being the ultimate water transformation since it looks mermaid-like, and sirenix being the in between because theyre wearing wet suits 😤 im dying on this hill
1. Enchantix - Best transformation. Amazing designs, good spells, and meaning behind it and how you actually earn this transformation makes it even better. Fairy dust was amazing. Even though spells still could had better visuals, except that it was perfect. 2. Believix (Sophix + Lovix) - i think theme was amazing, i love different variations with Sophix and Lovix. I think it could've been executed better, but it was still great. Designs were amazing, best spell names. I only wish spells had better visuals with these names. And it feels like natural growth and transition from Enchantix. 3. Magic Winx + Charmix - perfect start, designs are nice and simple and fitting each fairy's personality. It had great spells. I think it couldn't be better. Everything here was used on maximum. 4. Sirenix - this is great, design even though uniform looks amazing. Each girl has special spell even though animation could've show them better. And that it's cursed it making it really interesting. 5. Harmonix - even though it doesn't have any sense to exist, it's other than that absolute perfection. Stunning designs, best spells. 6. Bloomix - best design in my opinion, so cool. The potential this transformation had is enormous, this really should've been new Enchantix. It's sad how it failed expectations, especially because it's transformation based of dragon flame, strongest power in universe that actually made the universe. So yeah i will never forgive them it. 7. Dreamix - nice concept and nice design, it could've been better if they tried, giving girls some special spells and abilities, use more imagination since theme are dreams. But it's ok transformation. 8. Onyrix - It's just something like power-up to Dreamix, no reason for this to exist, except for having new transformation for new season, but it's ok. Design even though still too uniform looks beautiful. 9. Tynix - it's higher than Cosmix because at least design is beautiful and it also had a lot potential and at least little sense to exist. It could've been good transformation if they tried. 10. Cosmix - it's barely ok, but at least this doesn't give any illusions of something possibly amazing , even though theme could've been used much better. Designs and spells probably weakest of all of them except Mythix. 11. Mythix - the potential this transformation had if creators little tried, whole season 6 had, i almost want to cry. Make designs and spells inspired by actual legends, and few other little changes and you have good transformation. Was it that hard? 12. Butterflix - don't understand why this even exist, everything about this doesn't make any sense. If they wanted another nature themed transformation ok, but couldn't they try at least little bit? Design boring and too uniform, even spells and everything was a mess. And that dance will haunt me whole life.
You know I actually saw images of Paintix and Greenix floating around on twitter and I totally thought they were fan-made transformations until now. I haven't read the comics so I just totally didn't realise they were official in anyway.
You know what I never understood: once they unlock new forms, are their old forms locked? I don’t think they ever use, for example, charmix after they unlock enchantix (season 8 doesn’t count because it’s season 8)
Before Nick ruined it, the idea was Enchantix was going to be their permanent base form, because its called the key transformation, in other words you can’t obtain higher forms until you get Enchantix. That’s why in the end of S4 they transformed back into Enchantix, indicating Believix was kinda no longer necessary. The original idea was Enchantix, Believix and Sirenix were going to be used interchangeably in S5 onwards, but Enchantix is the most powerful/useful anywhere except Earth or special dimensions like the Infinite Ocean. But Nick ruined it by simply reusing the previous form for a couple episodes each season, so the unnecessary Lilo episode in S5 was just to glorify Believix before Harmonix came in, then with Daphne being stupidly revived Sirenix got the same treatment and etc. I’m not sure if Nick tried rewriting each new form is more powerful than the previous one, so assumably Cosmix is their most powerful form yet, and up until S8 it was an unspoken rule they couldn’t reuse previous forms, which is stupid. Only reason they broke that rule was because of popular Sirenix and undoubtedly Enchantix are, despite the latter looks hideous in S8 😭🤬 Because of how childish S6 onwards became the show has been slowly tanking, so they made a desperate attempt to win back older fans by bringing back Valtor, Sirenix and Enchantix, which I find kinda weird why they don’t use Believix on Earth, but I think Roxy and magic on Earth has been written out of the reboot unfortunately, so logically Believix doesn’t exist anymore. But to ultimately answer your question, before S8 you couldn’t reuse old forms. Don’t know why because Enchantix fairy dust is OP as hell because it can break ANY dark spell and heal nearly anything, but for whatever reason Sirenix got rid of it, and its really only special gig is letting them in a secret dimension only certain people can enter
Some forms are and other aren't. For example base forms such as Charmix, Harmonix and Dreamix can't be used anymore when they earn their "evolution" (Enchantix, Sirenix and Onyrix) and like the other comment said, the OG ideas was to make the Winx use Enchantix snd Believix interchangeably, that's why we see the Winx return to enchantix in 4x26.
@@aukusuke9546yep. Charmix technically could’ve been used in S3 before they got Enchantix, it was simply implied they couldn’t use the form for long. Unfortunately the show never stated why Charmix doesn’t appear at all in S3 (like say their charms/purses got destroyed to destroy Lord Darkar? Similar to the sailors in S1 of Sailor Moon throwing away their transformation pens to save their princess from dying again, so in S2 they get brand new pens with more powerful spells via the Moon castle’s restoration) I was very sad when Harmonix was no more, considering how disappointing Sirenix was, especially because of the majority of it being a 3D form (sorry but the Winx look so stupid in 3D aside the first 2 movies) I don’t understand why Nick scrapped the idea of using Enchantix, Believix and other new forms interchangeably, considering that would’ve promoted more doll sales if they made small alternatives for Enchantix and Believix to show their powers getting stronger than when said power was earned. I’m just so disappointed Enchantix never came back, and imo never really got a chance to really rock and shine. Legit Believix was around longer than Enchantix (which sucks considering I didn’t like the Believix outfits nearly as much as Enchantix)
I’ve only watched up to Believix, so the whole time I thought, “I’ll take your word for it.” Happy to see the first three ranked so high though! I have watched a transformation compilation, so I can only judge the others by songs and aesthetics.
For the ones who doesn't know, magic of food, was for a campaign about healthy eating. This includes a cooking show which any girl or girls shows up to secretly help a well known chef in Italy, and the host knows about it. This is another reason why each girl got assigned a food group. I still think that Harmonix was supposed to be the only form in season 5. It is far too detailed from the costumes to the transformation sequences to the spells (the fucking SPELLS) for it to have always been conceptualized as just a stepping stone to Sirenix. Especially when the only thing Sirenix rly has on Harmonix is its lore. I mean, the __ of Sirenix spells are cool, but there's not enough done with them. And I prefer the Harmonix song to the Sirenix song. Which is kind of surprising considering how much I love EDM, but I feel like it suits the vibe of the show better. Same with the official Bloomix song; the prototype is fucking amazing, but it does not suit the tone of the show. If the writers of Winx actually cared about developing witches beyond generic sometimes bad guys, they'd have reworked the Magic Fire into a witch transformation theme.
@@kristinahuchison2511 back in like 2011 before season 5 was aired, a leak went around showing studio footage of the winx transformation into harmonix with the prototype song. It also featured a few clips from season 5, some of which were altered or discarded in the final version. The leak also had a prototype version of the 3D sirenix transformation that lacked a lot of the visual effects that were in the final version of the transformation. At this point season 5 was well in production and harmonix and sirenix had been developed as two separate concepts. I remember way back when the leaks came out, I think I saw something about harmonix being the transformation in season 5 and sirenix being an exclusive form to the third movie. I’m not sure if this was only a rumor or not (probably was). I do know that there was a concept art leak of harmonix showing the girls with a much more dark and goth-like appearance (you can see them here: winx.fandom.com/wiki/Concepts/Winx_Club). I don’t think harmonix was ever meant to be sirenix at any point after development for season 5 began. Maybe before production it could’ve been, but I don’t think we ever saw leaks for the fairy forms until we saw the animated leaks of the harmonix and sirenix transformations.
@Will N what? Yes I don’t like the idea of the Ancestresses being the ones who created the Sirenix curse as it was a stupid attempt to write them back into the story. I mean I think even in the original Rai version Daphne was the original wielder of the Dragon Flame, and it said SEVERAL times they KILLED her, not cursed. Why would they just spare her life after she literally ruined their one chance of godlike power? The whole “Daphne’s confidence issue” is kinda random, like I get seeing despite she shouldn’t even be alive even a powerful fairy like herself has insecurities and she’s seriously behind on the modern world considering she was stuck all alone in a cave for 21 years probably not even allowed in the Infinite Ocean because her Sirenix attacked her. In my rewrite for S5, I actually am making Daphne does end up actually passing away for good, but she reveals to Bloom she’s relieved Bloom is the true guardian of the Dragon Flame as she never wanted to have such a responsibility and always felt incompetent or scared and Bloom has used it in ways she’d never even dream of or something
Honestly I love Harmonix! It's graceful and with the long fabric trails feel like the Mermaid form (they probably tried to resemble them) we never got The small wings make them more agile The transformation song ROCKS Layla / Aisha finally got some well earned spotlight (and a badass spell called Thirteenth Seal) And Flora looks fantastic! I adore her little flower petal dress gown and it felt so incredibly natural to her. TBH probably among my personal Top 3
I remember crying so hard and feeling all those strong emotions as a kid at every enchantix the girls earned! Enchantix shows so much character for every fairy during the transformation, like stella's magical kiss, tecna having her face edited out, musa's beautiful overjoyed look with a strand of music wrapping her up, bloom rolled up on herself having the dragon wrap around her referring back to how she was the lost child of domino, an infant wrapped around the flames when her adoptive father found her... Also, the well spread pacing of every girl unlocking her enchantix and making it a huge deal was so overwhelmingly magical. I cried at every. Single. One of them. Enchantix was the pure light that fended off the strong darkness of the world around the fairies, it highlighted itself as that glimmer of hope in the violent and cruel ruckus of Valtor.. the song and melody couldn't be anymore perfect than they are. Especially how (literally) enchanting it was in the french dub i watched. I was so sad when they discarded the song the next season and season 8. Enchantix should never be any less than #1. It was the apex of the entire winx franchise, and i will not settle down for any other opinion!

I remember I was re-watching winx with my friends (they were watching it for the first time) and we were watching the episode where aisha got her enchantix and my friends literally gasped and screamed. they were so hyped and so shocked, they dont even like magical girl shows. proves that enchantix will reign supreme

Thank you for giving a bit of justice to Dreamix and especially Onyrix. Each could have been an evolution of Enchantix since the girls have grown into adulthood and is now trying to introduce the idea of true fairy existence to Earth people (outside of Gardenia too) through "Dreams". The producers were just not executing their good concepts to the fullest extent...(well we all are used to that now).

Wands could’ve been like what the sacred treasures were to the seven deadly sins. Imagine the magic power is a lake. On their own you can draw out about a handful of water. But the wands can act like a giant spoon letting out more amounts of magic than normal
I miss back in the early days when pink was a color used to accentuate/enhance the girl’s main colors and not a secondary color needed for almost every outfit. Every girl’s enchantix outfit has pink somewhere in the design but it’s never THE color you think of for any of them (except Flora). I feel like in the later seasons they really layered it on thick with the pinks. Also they somehow still managed to whitewash Stella, a white character. I’m impressed
Have you watched the pixies' spin off, Pop Pixie? It's a nice chill show that's not as epic as the Winx Club. It's just slapstick, comedy, and characters living their best lives.

Great list. Glad believix got a boost in rank. I love the music, the transformation, and the varied outfits. Wish the spells had more variety, but that can be said for most of the spells season 5 onward.
Bloomix is my favourite design, even though it was so underutilized, I'm a sucker for a flowy shawl and dragon/dragonfly scale armour designs. Having now seen those Mermaid forms and reading up on the book they feature in, I'm wondering why they didn't include them in the show. Don't get me wrong, I adore Harmonix cause its so beautiful and flowy, but having Ligea grant them a form that allows for easier exploration of the oceans makes more sense then being given a temporary form from the book. Maybe drop Sirenix and have Harmonix take its place while the mermaid form is a stepping stone cause I can definitely see nymphs like Daphne or Politea wearing Harmonix outfits for a more ancient look. I'm sitting here looking at Aisha's mermaid form and its so gorgeous and now I'm mad we didn't get it in the show lol
Actually I’m pretty bitter the episode Leila got her Enchantix powers they didn’t use it then, probably the ONLY reason they didn’t was because 1. The water literally looked murky because of Baltor’s influence so it would’ve messed with the colors and 2. Stella wasn’t there so a lot of fans would’ve hated not getting to see her mermaid form
As far as appearance goes say Sirenia and Bloomix on my favorite. I like that they all look similar in Sirenix because it symbolizes how much convergence magic that they use. They fight as one unit but they are all unique.

Not really for Sirenix. Yeah they have vibrant colors, I’m not kidding I don’t even like Musa’s because she looks like a red candy cane minus the white and a swamp green ugly tutu on her butt. Only ones I actually liked was Bloom because for once she isn’t drowning in pink, looks fire (goddamnit Barb) in purple, Daphne’s obviously and oddly Tecna. Enchantix was the definition of unique and majestic, yet they’re a team. I mean the fact each of their transformations are unique instead of following a formula for each girl like: outfit appears, hair put in a ponytail, wings blink on and BAM done Doesn’t help 2D Sirenix gives me a headache with how much flailing they’re doing and its a wonder they didn’t throw up at the end
At least we can all agree that Bloomix had the best designs, Sirenix had the best song, Harmonix had the best spells, and Enchantix was just the best of the best
Actually I really loved her Bloomix, its my second favorite overall fairy form. I seriously love how she had some purple added instead of drowning in hearts this time (looking at you Believix) but yeah I always assumed it’s because she’s the main character and associated with hearts which are associated with pink
So here’s something I kinda just noticed on why the Winx don’t show their full extent to their power and this is shown with Stella at least 3 times in the series. She faints whenever she uses the full extent of her sun power. Twice in her Winx form and once in her Sirenix form.
In my opinion, every fairy has three main transformation: Basic (for everyone starting at first), Charmix (a power boost helping a fairy to use magic in hard conditions), Enchantix (the final upgraded form, granting fairies high power and ways to defend against witches or dark forces). Since Believix and so on, every transformation can be considered as another version of Enchantix which works best in specific cases and becomes weaker in other cases. Faragonda used to mention this, too. For example, Believix is the power from the trust of Earth human, so it only works best when people are around WinX, that's why it became weak underwater. Harmonix and Sirenix are ocean's magic, so they are most useful in the water environment and become normal on the ground. Bloomix is only effective against magic-neutralizing spell due to its power from Dragonflame. Mythix is only for Legendarium world, you all know, while Tynix is for accessing the nano worlds. Butterflix is the key to connect to the nature and lend natural forces. Cosmix has the power to light up star cores, and that's the only use. I think Enchantix is the balanced version of all the transformations since S4. So I think WinX should use Enchantix instead of the right previous transformation in some first episodes of every season, until they get new powers to do specific works. That's more reasonable
In other words, I can say: "Since S4, new transformation doesn't mean WinX gets stronger. They only change the way using powers in order to work best for their goals"
However, if I have to choose the most good-looking transformation, I will vote for Believix and Bloomix. They were designed perfectly, and Believix gives me an energetic vibe while Bloomix gives me a mythic one. Enchantix is great too because of the simple but look-like-true-fairies outfits, however I will rank it #2 due to the less favor 👁️🫦👁️

Bass-Musa, Bass-Musa) 4. Harmonix (Bring back Diapason and 3rd Teeth Seal in some way plz) 5. Bloomix (Backflips and solving arguments are indeed a sin, but come on brah! These looks are the work of art) 6. Believix (Let’s brainwash people to believe in us so we can become stronger too easily) 7. Dreamix (This form looks cool as heck. Looks is a key word) 8. I really do wish Winx incorporated stuff from previous transformations more. It just doesn't make sense for them to upgrade then have to 'downgrade' for a previous power. It'd make more sense for the upgrades to include 'lesser' versions of the previous power's main focus. And Precure A La Mode did food transformations so well I don't think anyone could do them better tbh.
TBH Precure actually did a really great job about keeping stories separate. Technically through the all star movies, all the Precures are actually about the same age I think and all the fairies actually come from the same dimension just different worlds. My favorites is the original, Sweet (music one?) and Smile

Enchantix and Harmonix belong to my Top 5 favorite Transformations. I wanna work on a fan transformation, so being reminded what I might want to avoid, is nice.^^
In some of the English dubs there was a different version of Aisha's Enchantix dress. It had more blue and some pink and it, to this day, is my favorite thing ever!
In defense of season 5 I think the whole reason they couldn't fight under water unlike previous seasons was because those forms had small wings unlike Believix which had wings the size of monster trucks. I can't remember if they fought underwater in encantix, it's been a while since I've seen the first 6 seasons as I stopped after season 6. I tried to get back into the show but, couldn't once I saw what the villains for season 7 were.
It would be better if Bloomix should be earned by letting your true power bloom to its fullest potential (e.g Flora becomes one with nature and connects to all of nature, organic fiber, tissue and matter.)
Princeivythefirst, author of the AU fancomic, Just Fairies, has done all the Transformations for their OCs, except Harmonix, and they look great. Heck their Butterflix designs alone are something that should get them hired by a fashion designer or something. Heck even the Sirenix forms are different instead of the same look
Plus they even gave Roxy a form in flyrix I wish the next season gives Roxy a transformation I'm tired seeing her wrapped in a greepuke coloured kelp dress Don't get me wrong it cute it just too repetitive
I stopped watching after Butterflix, but I've always had two different theories as to why they're very forms became very similar in the aesthetics design from believix on. 1) believix and on minus bloomix was earned as a group, but bloomix comes from bloom and that's how she saw them as sort of warriors/defenders of Justice 2) believix and on comes from an outside power source, while their first form, Charmin and enchantix comes from within themselves which is why they all look very very different but have similar aesthetics such as the sparkles the sandals for enchantix and other similarities if anyone can point those out
As a kid watching the winx IN ITALIAN I was absolutely flabbergasted by Enchantix, and man, even I as kid, I thought on Belivix : eh it's ok.. and then straight up left when Sirenix was on there, I didn't like how to the outfits loked the same. AND ALL OF that AS A KID, I can't belive Rainbow messed up that bad :,)

I agree I liked how cute the outfits and wings were and the song was jamming and when they started dancing at the ending as a kid I used to dance with them. It was cringy but fun.

When you really think about it, the first form could also be, based on their design, called: Groovix Since They all look, like they're going to the Disco :D. And I love it.
The only thing I like about Butterflix is probably the shoes. And the Season 8 version of Butterflix was more neater. I also some special sells that came with it. Like Aisha's spell Natural Water Hug. Or that spell that turns Tecna into purple aura.

It’s also fun to rank each winx individually. I personally like Tynix the best specifically for Flora, while I’m not super high on her Believix (although I like Believix overall as a form).

The first Enchantix doesn’t even appear until episode 6, while Believix I think was like episode 4. Not to mention Flora, Tecna’s and Bloom’s didn’t appear until the season was half over. While Believix was obtained simultaneously by Roxy believing in them
for me It was kind of a waste to have a transformation called butterflix and not giving the fairies actual butterfly wings they did put the design of wings on the dresses, but i still would like to see as real wings for the girls
I think the reason enchantix is so unbeatable is because instead of making a copy of it for merch, it‘s more of a final upgrade to being a fairy. Before enchantix, the girls were sporting cute y2k magical ourfits. But they were still pretty bland. Almost looking like the training outfits a ballet dancer would wear. But enchantix looks like a real fairy‘s final form. It‘s whimsical, detailed, and it also looks like the way faries are depicted in media in general. Wearing flower and plant based clothes that look frilly and organic. The dresses look like different flowers being used to make them. And the leg accessories look like grass or vines being wrapped around. The whole thing looks so fairy like. Like the garden fairy sculptures you can buy with the big wings. And I think that was the intent. Use the older basic transformation, but finalize it by adding onto it. Especially with techna i think this is visible since her basic uniform underneath the detailed parts still show just changed to fit the light and airy feel of the outfits. It looks like a full form built on top of the original magic winx garb and that‘s what makes it great. And it‘s also what the show was meant to end with. It was the final form. The winx becoming full faries through heroic sacrifice. It was perfect. And honestly, believix kinda almost did it well too adding to enchantix a more „earth passing“ variant to be more modern and relateable to humans. But still everything after it is so shamefully poorly designed and badly written. Wich makes sense. I mean winx was never that deep. But it was nuanced to some degree. So I guess it makes sense that fans agree with this. Enchantix was the final stage of fairy adolescence. It was meant to be the end of the winx‘s studying and fairy training. To prove they were capable fairies even when faced with tough decitions. Enchantix is great because it represents fairies in the best way possible. Be that the idea of fairies in the show, or in real life. Anything else isn‘t that. It doesn‘t compare. It‘s a spin off. It‘s a shameless cash grab. Cause you can‘t build on top of enchantix. Enchantix is the end goal. Not a step towards it. And that‘s why the show should‘ve ended at the first movie. Or if they really wanted to squeeze in new seasons, make them prequels to enchantix or something. Like a side story arc type season. Enchantix was perfect. You just can‘t beat it.
I'm not a big fan of season 5 and onward. I love harmonix and like Sirenix, but that was when they got de-aged. I just pretend that season 5-8 don't exist, even if I love harmonix and Sirenix. I wish harmonix was the main transformation in season 5. It's prettier and more elegant than sirenix

Actually season 6 was supposed to be all about Mythix it. In fact the story was drastically changed.
Here is what was removed:
The trix were supposed to attack in the library and there was a confrontation between bloom vs trix and Selina. Stella, Flora and Musa are mummified tecna trapped in a pit and Aishia being mummified. Before Selina could knock out bloom she’s knocked out by the fairy god mother and icy takes Selina away. And tells Selina to someone all mythical creature of Egypt.
Nebula calls for help because the trix are attacking the island
Bloom, Flora and Aishia go and team up with Roxy who is in her enchantix form. After defeating Selina and accept that bloom can’t reach her friend she vows to find a way to destroy the book for good or stop it.
This means mythix was achieved in episode 9.
As the episode go on the outfit would have Change as they discover more people. Tecna’s spell was Mythical lightning blitz where she became a lightning bolt ( fun fact the idea was in a fairy animal for tecna)
Musa had sonic mumbo wave and sound toss. Basically a condensed sonic bloom.
The reason why the season changed because there was a scene where icy was hit with Musa’s sound toss and showed icy with bleeding ears. The writers fought to keep it in but they were order to redo the season or be revealed as the cause of the cancellation of the Winx Club. They only had 2 years and that why. In fact Selina was supposed to be caught in the book too and bloom gave her a temporary magic gem to fight.

With Enchantix I love how unintentionally each fairy earned it. None of them cared about becoming more powerful or forcing it, they all just did the right thing because it’s who they are
Personally I feel if they saved someone knowing they’d get it, they wouldn’t be granted it as Enchantix is meant to be you’re ready to endanger yourself or sacrifice something important for someone else without getting something in return

Enchantix will always reign Supreme. It is called their final fairy form for a reason. Fairy dust, miniaturization, wings that could fly faster and sustain higher wings, more powerful and effective spells with great names plus unique convergences. It built upon everything the show had at the moment and showed Rainbow's true capability with Winx. We also can't forget their rocking majestical looks.
Honestly Enchantix had EVERYTHING. The outfits showing them blooming into beautiful and powerful fairies, their wings indeed reflect their personalities and are stain glass designed! Honestly Musa’s Enchantix wings are the best wings in the entire series, and Tecna’s are so angelic too! Honestly I was so mad the fairy dust bottles got nixed in Believix, moving the dust to their wings instead, though technically Enchantix wings contained fairy dust as well. I do have to admit the only things Believix did better was the spell names and the transforming itself for Leila and somewhat Musa. NGL Believix felt like a downgrade at almost everything.
Enchantix was everything tbh a Supreme name, Supreme power and great name spells, fairy dust, miniaturasion, extreme powerful wings that can handle any strong winds and their outfits rock no transformation will be at the level Enchantix is
@@jisooya3036 I mean S3 was meant to be the end of the series. That’s why Baltor and Enchantix are so freaking iconic and legendary. Yeah unfortunately the finale was kinda lackluster because the other Winx don’t really do anything and the Trix weren’t even in the last episode, they literally almost drowned and got rearrested and sent to Lightrock. The only problems I had was unfortunately Musa, Flora and Helia don’t really get much attention, especially Helia, which I actually would’ve killed to see Flora actually dying in front of him to save Rose/Miele from drowning and he’s in complete shock. Or with Musa her Enchantix earning was my least favorite unfortunately because Galatea only appeared in one other episode just as an introduction for 30 seconds, plus Musa was actually conscious when she got her Enchantix powers. I’m rewriting Galatea is actually unconscious from smoke inhalation, and Musa noticed a flaming bookshelf about to crush them and shoved her out of the way, while it crushes, burns and traps Musa, and the other Winx scream in shock, but when she transforms the transforming itself actually heals her burns and injuries
And the song which they used for enchantix. So cool 😍
S3 should have been the ending. The next seasons, especially the most recent ones have only gotten worse to the point they look ridiculous now. Is there are argument to the series now?
I'm glad that Belevix got a couple of bumps up the list. I always liked the idea of the form and it's designs but I do agree more could've been done with the form.

Like Roxy only beleieving in the winx’s because she was fully in danger but overtime the form getting stronger as she believes more in the winx in other aspects over time.
I mean to be fair Bloom got her Winx by believing in herself, so in that logic she should’ve been able to skip Winx, Charmix and Enchantix. Only reason Roxy was originally made a Believix fairy was because she was going to become an official Winx member, which kinda doesn’t make sense because S4 I think was meant to be the ending after they decided to make one more season, plus they transformed back into Enchantix, indicating Believix was no longer needed.
With Roxy, its for debate of her skipping Charmix because she overcame her fear of being a fairy, but I don’t count freeing the Earth fairies of Morgana from the mirror as Enchantix requirements as the point is to be ready to endanger/sacrifice yourself for someone else. Plus her magic doesn’t really come from humans starting to trust the Winx over time, it’s literally through Bloom’s guidance and Morgana cheering her on in her dreams. But ultimately the point of Charmix and Enchantix is to show their growth as people reflecting through how they use their magic, not just cheating through forms. TBH in my opinion Believix is overrated, its not awful or anything but the way it’s presented and talked about kept trying to show its more powerful than Enchantix, and that simply isn’t true. The outfits look too sporty/cheerleader style except Tecna and Flora, the wings are gigantic, the 3 wings should’ve been spells instead, they can technically miniaturize too, and fairy dust got remolded as manipulation to force humans into trusting them, which realistically that isn’t how believing/trusting someone works. I felt also having Roxy grant them it as a group kinda sped it through and it would’ve been so much better to see the Winx individually helping others and that’s how they get Believix, considering the whole point was to come out as fairies eventually instead of hiding their magic
i love believix, but certain wings, like blooms kind of annoy me? idk i guess i prefer wings with like, a sharper shape? hers just look like squiggles lol.

Unpopular opinion: Harmonyx is glorious! It could be more diverse to underline girls characters and personality traits, but overall it has a catchy song, a nice, thought simple design, and a cute transformation moves.

Personally, I liked how Harmonix slotted into the story. Especially the fact that they had actual reasons for it (which I think was because Believix having too big of wings that created too much drag to fight effectively?) and was seen in the show.

Actually, the reason why Believix doesn’t work is because Faragonda said that the Believix form specifically is weaker underwater. The big wings hurt mobility, but the energy beams are weaker because it’s just a weakness that Believix has. In S3, they didn’t have problems with magic usage because they used Magic Winx. In early S5, they used Believix, hence why they struggled with their spells underwater.

Stella was the fairy of the sun and the moon but majorly used her sun spells and the outfits were also kinda more on the sun side but onyrix outfit was more of the representation of moon , and glad you mentioned that. ☀️🌙

If you watch the original Rai version (which is quite different from the 4Kids unfortunately but more accurate to the Italian dub) Stella is both Sun and Moon because of her parents King Radius and Queen Luna. She even has at least two moon spells in the Rai dub. 4Kids does make a couple nods of her lunar side, but unfortunately not a lot aside the theme song saying “the sun and the moon” plus her blue cuffs, blue headband blue scepter she had in her Winx form are meant to represent her lunar side. The main reason she was changed to fairy of the shining sun in the Nick dub is because they were getting copyright issues of Stella being too similar to Sailor Moon, so Nick changed it, along with a ton of other things (and a lot than 4Kids ever did)
The sirenix song is SOOO iconic. Even after I've passed my Winx phased, i still remember the song and i still sing it. Amazing, iconic, breathtaking, showstopping, never done before, the sirenix theme song is THAT girl.

Bloomix had SO much potential! Since after Bloom shared her dragon flame with the winx, their elements got mixed with the flame, so, each girl could've had a "dragon" created by their elements. For example, Bloom would be stuck with her usual dragon because she's already had enough, Musa could've had a dragon made out of musical notes and other music type shit, Stella could've had a dragon made out of sun and moon light, literally a light dragon. Aisha could've had a water dragon/ Panlong, Tecna could've had a robotic dragon full of numbers and shit and finally Flora could've had a nature based one, like made out of vines and flowers and leaves and yk nature themed shit. Idk if this is a good idea though i just thought of it a few secs ago💀

Aisha absolutely OWNED Harmonix. That was completely HER transformation. I honestly think that it's her best transformation look. Everything about it is just so fitting for a fairy who's the guardian of an ocean planet. It's so easy to picture how the dress' long train, the ribbons on her legs and even her long ponytail all would flow along the ocean currents as she swims through the water. Let's also not forget her transformation sequence. That ending pose!? Immaculate.

I wish they had named Bloomix after the dragon flame. It could have shown how the Winx earned them through hard and/or psychological tribulations. It would have also shown how willing Bloom's friends were to help her carry the massive load that was controlling the Dragon Flame, so that she didn't have to do it alone anymore. Flamix or Draconix or SOMETHING!!! Bloomix just seems so lazy and egotistical.
Nah Bloomix was meant to glorify how “amazing” Bloom is, so powerful she even got to create a fairy form 🙄 but yet couldn’t use her Enchantix powers at their zenith until the movie became she “didn’t have a world to save/protect” I would name it either Dragonix, Flamix, or Sparx as reference from the 4Kids name for Domino which is where the Great Dragon vanished and left her remaining flame to be wielded by members of the royal family of Domino/Sparx. Rainbow tried convincing Bloomix wasn’t about little miss narcissistic, but to show them blooming into powerful fairies. Um, excuse me? ENCHANTIX?! Literally flower themed and nearly each fairy almost dying or died to obtain it!

Actually TBH I ALWAYS wanted Lovix to come back. I actually really love the winter theme and honestly in my opinion most of the Winx look better in Lovix. Sophix wasn’t that bad but personally it kinda felt like a knock off Enchantix, considering Enchantix is literally flower designed

Honestly I still don’t get why didn’t the Winx transform into Enchantix a second time to use their fairy dust to heal Sapphire, let’s say for the sake of the plot (and the writers are evil) for whatever reason their most powerful spell Enchantix Fairy Dust Convergence doesn’t work, we get the scene Sapphire is temporarily human again, just for her to revert back into a fox, and Icy hates Bloom and the others now more than ever for “messing with her feelings by lying about being able to help Sapphire. As much as Icy will ALWAYS be a cold hearted witch with absolutely no love in her heart aside for Darcy and Stormy (aka their original backstory S1-3) Icy used to be one of my favorite characters as a kid so I am kinda willing to forgive Rainbow for “victimizing” Icy.
But S9 is meant to be even more kiddy and probably silly because of a more childish audience, I really don’t know. In some ways I feel S8 had darker themes than S6 and 7, considering Orion was trying to save a star he accidentally broke by himself, literally jeopardizing everyone on his home planet. I’m actually kinda expecting that Rainbow will introduce a bunch of forms from the comics because 90% of forms are 1 time use.
Personally, I do like the designs of Mythix. Kinda reminds me of an upgraded version of Charmix, but you are absolutely right about the spells and the CGI look. Maybe if they had been animated in 2D like Tynix, it would have looked better.

Actually Tynix was supposed to 3D as well, but in that time, Rainbow has very low budget (search wikifandom to know for more information) so they have to cut it as much as possible, so that is the reason why they changed the voice actor as well

Still so mad Stella’s Solaria Ring never reappeared, considering its the birthright of the princess of Solaria. I never really got why none of the other princesses didn’t have stand out features (I know Musa originally wasn’t a princess but in 4Kids she’s the daughter of a former prince)

When I was a kid I was so mesmerized by Enchantix I got excited thinking what could possibly come next. Sadly even with the neat designs of Believix it seems they only downgraded from there.
I thought they were gonna get a new form that came from the sacrifice of saving their ENTIRE planets or something based off love since they were attached at the hip to their boyfriends. At least the fandom made some amazing art of concepts like that 😂
6:23 I believe the reason because their powers are less effective underwater in season 5 with believix is their wings. The Believix wings are much larger than the Magic Winx's, what makes then slow down, and no, they couldn't have just transformed back again in Magic Winx because they would have been much weaker without Believix.

Enchantix wings are smaller too, and its the ONLY form that can evolve (at least that was how Enchantix’s relationship with other forms work, it grows more powerful with each form you achieve, so obviously a brand new Enchantix fairy wouldn’t be nearly as powerful as one who has Believex, Sirenix (etc))

There’s an entire episode in S3 (Leila’s Enchantix) where they transformed into their magic Winx with a special spell Leila had that would turn water into oxygen for them to breathe without any problems. Plus their powers weren’t weaker underwater either (except maybe Bloom) It doesn’t even explain why Believix seemingly made them weaker underwater. I’m not kidding, their wings acted like giant anchors once they were hit with the oil and pollution. Harmonix doesn’t have an actual purpose to exist aside training them in underwater combat for when they hopefully got Sirenix, a much more powerful and dangerous form. Otherwise there’s literally a chapter in the comics where Enchantix actually turns into mermaid tails for them to use their powers underwater. It’s such a missed opportunity considering how beautiful underwater Enchantix was

That’s what I thought as a kid too.
1. Enchantix - Best transformation. Amazing designs, good spells, and meaning behind it and how you actually earn this transformation makes it even better. Fairy dust was amazing. Even though spells still could had better visuals, except that it was perfect.
2. Believix (Sophix + Lovix) - i think theme was amazing, i love different variations with Sophix and Lovix. I think it could've been executed better, but it was still great. Designs were amazing, best spell names. I only wish spells had better visuals with these names. And it feels like natural growth and transition from Enchantix.
3. Magic Winx + Charmix - perfect start, designs are nice and simple and fitting each fairy's personality. It had great spells. I think it couldn't be better. Everything here was used on maximum.
4. Sirenix - this is great, design even though uniform looks amazing. Each girl has special spell even though animation could've show them better. And that it's cursed it making it really interesting.
5. Harmonix - even though it doesn't have any sense to exist, it's other than that absolute perfection. Stunning designs, best spells.
6. Bloomix - best design in my opinion, so cool. The potential this transformation had is enormous, this really should've been new Enchantix. It's sad how it failed expectations, especially because it's transformation based of dragon flame, strongest power in universe that actually made the universe. So yeah i will never forgive them it.
7. Dreamix - nice concept and nice design, it could've been better if they tried, giving girls some special spells and abilities, use more imagination since theme are dreams. But it's ok transformation.
8. Onyrix - It's just something like power-up to Dreamix, no reason for this to exist, except for having new transformation for new season, but it's ok. Design even though still too uniform looks beautiful.
9. Tynix - it's higher than Cosmix because at least design is beautiful and it also had a lot potential and at least little sense to exist. It could've been good transformation if they tried.
10. Cosmix - it's barely ok, but at least this doesn't give any illusions of something possibly amazing , even though theme could've been used much better. Designs and spells probably weakest of all of them except Mythix.
11. Mythix - the potential this transformation had if creators little tried, whole season 6 had, i almost want to cry. Make designs and spells inspired by actual legends, and few other little changes and you have good transformation. Was it that hard?
12. Butterflix - don't understand why this even exist, everything about this doesn't make any sense. If they wanted another nature themed transformation ok, but couldn't they try at least little bit? Design boring and too uniform, even spells and everything was a mess. And that dance will haunt me whole life.

You know I actually saw images of Paintix and Greenix floating around on twitter and I totally thought they were fan-made transformations until now. I haven't read the comics so I just totally didn't realise they were official in anyway.
You know what I never understood: once they unlock new forms, are their old forms locked? I don’t think they ever use, for example, charmix after they unlock enchantix (season 8 doesn’t count because it’s season 8)
Before Nick ruined it, the idea was Enchantix was going to be their permanent base form, because its called the key transformation, in other words you can’t obtain higher forms until you get Enchantix. That’s why in the end of S4 they transformed back into Enchantix, indicating Believix was kinda no longer necessary. The original idea was Enchantix, Believix and Sirenix were going to be used interchangeably in S5 onwards, but Enchantix is the most powerful/useful anywhere except Earth or special dimensions like the Infinite Ocean. But Nick ruined it by simply reusing the previous form for a couple episodes each season, so the unnecessary Lilo episode in S5 was just to glorify Believix before Harmonix came in, then with Daphne being stupidly revived Sirenix got the same treatment and etc. I’m not sure if Nick tried rewriting each new form is more powerful than the previous one, so assumably Cosmix is their most powerful form yet, and up until S8 it was an unspoken rule they couldn’t reuse previous forms, which is stupid. Only reason they broke that rule was because of popular Sirenix and undoubtedly Enchantix are, despite the latter looks hideous in S8 😭🤬 Because of how childish S6 onwards became the show has been slowly tanking, so they made a desperate attempt to win back older fans by bringing back Valtor, Sirenix and Enchantix, which I find kinda weird why they don’t use Believix on Earth, but I think Roxy and magic on Earth has been written out of the reboot unfortunately, so logically Believix doesn’t exist anymore.
But to ultimately answer your question, before S8 you couldn’t reuse old forms. Don’t know why because Enchantix fairy dust is OP as hell because it can break ANY dark spell and heal nearly anything, but for whatever reason Sirenix got rid of it, and its really only special gig is letting them in a secret dimension only certain people can enter
Some forms are and other aren't. For example base forms such as Charmix, Harmonix and Dreamix can't be used anymore when they earn their "evolution" (Enchantix, Sirenix and Onyrix) and like the other comment said, the OG ideas was to make the Winx use Enchantix snd Believix interchangeably, that's why we see the Winx return to enchantix in 4x26.
@@aukusuke9546yep. Charmix technically could’ve been used in S3 before they got Enchantix, it was simply implied they couldn’t use the form for long. Unfortunately the show never stated why Charmix doesn’t appear at all in S3 (like say their charms/purses got destroyed to destroy Lord Darkar? Similar to the sailors in S1 of Sailor Moon throwing away their transformation pens to save their princess from dying again, so in S2 they get brand new pens with more powerful spells via the Moon castle’s restoration) I was very sad when Harmonix was no more, considering how disappointing Sirenix was, especially because of the majority of it being a 3D form (sorry but the Winx look so stupid in 3D aside the first 2 movies) I don’t understand why Nick scrapped the idea of using Enchantix, Believix and other new forms interchangeably, considering that would’ve promoted more doll sales if they made small alternatives for Enchantix and Believix to show their powers getting stronger than when said power was earned. I’m just so disappointed Enchantix never came back, and imo never really got a chance to really rock and shine. Legit Believix was around longer than Enchantix (which sucks considering I didn’t like the Believix outfits nearly as much as Enchantix)

Hormonix! THE POWER OF HORMONES!
For the ones who doesn't know, magic of food, was for a campaign about healthy eating. This includes a cooking show which any girl or girls shows up to secretly help a well known chef in Italy, and the host knows about it. This is another reason why each girl got assigned a food group. Each ep, they give an ingredient that is missing, and give a small factoid Only lasted a couple of seasons and the episodes are now extremely hard to find. Don't know why it got pulled. Ratings perhaps?
Honestly Enchantix as number one makes so much sense. I remember the pure excitement I felt when I saw the transformations for the first time
I still think that Harmonix was supposed to be the only form in season 5. It is far too detailed from the costumes to the transformation sequences to the spells (the fucking SPELLS) for it to have always been conceptualized as just a stepping stone to Sirenix. Especially when the only thing Sirenix rly has on Harmonix is its lore. I mean, the __ of Sirenix spells are cool, but there's not enough done with them. And I prefer the Harmonix song to the Sirenix song. Which is kind of surprising considering how much I love EDM, but I feel like it suits the vibe of the show better. Same with the official Bloomix song; the prototype is fucking amazing, but it does not suit the tone of the show. If the writers of Winx actually cared about developing witches beyond generic sometimes bad guys, they'd have reworked the Magic Fire into a witch transformation theme.
I read it was going to be Sirenix, but I think somehow the designs got leaked so they had to redo Sirenix to keep it a surprise.
Maybe is my unpopular opinon but i Like Sirenix more than Harmonix ( exceps the spells)
@@kristinahuchison2511 back in like 2011 before season 5 was aired, a leak went around showing studio footage of the winx transformation into harmonix with the prototype song. It also featured a few clips from season 5, some of which were altered or discarded in the final version. The leak also had a prototype version of the 3D sirenix transformation that lacked a lot of the visual effects that were in the final version of the transformation. At this point season 5 was well in production and harmonix and sirenix had been developed as two separate concepts. I remember way back when the leaks came out, I think I saw something about harmonix being the transformation in season 5 and sirenix being an exclusive form to the third movie. I’m not sure if this was only a rumor or not (probably was). I do know that there was a concept art leak of harmonix showing the girls with a much more dark and goth-like appearance (you can see them here: winx.fandom.com/wiki/Concepts/Winx_Club). I don’t think harmonix was ever meant to be sirenix at any point after development for season 5 began. Maybe before production it could’ve been, but I don’t think we ever saw leaks for the fairy forms until we saw the animated leaks of the harmonix and sirenix transformations.

@Will N what? Yes I don’t like the idea of the Ancestresses being the ones who created the Sirenix curse as it was a stupid attempt to write them back into the story. I mean I think even in the original Rai version Daphne was the original wielder of the Dragon Flame, and it said SEVERAL times they KILLED her, not cursed. Why would they just spare her life after she literally ruined their one chance of godlike power? The whole “Daphne’s confidence issue” is kinda random, like I get seeing despite she shouldn’t even be alive even a powerful fairy like herself has insecurities and she’s seriously behind on the modern world considering she was stuck all alone in a cave for 21 years probably not even allowed in the Infinite Ocean because her Sirenix attacked her.
In my rewrite for S5, I actually am making Daphne does end up actually passing away for good, but she reveals to Bloom she’s relieved Bloom is the true guardian of the Dragon Flame as she never wanted to have such a responsibility and always felt incompetent or scared and Bloom has used it in ways she’d never even dream of or something
Honestly I love Harmonix! It's graceful and with the long fabric trails feel like the Mermaid form (they probably tried to resemble them) we never got

TBH probably among my personal Top 3
I remember crying so hard and feeling all those strong emotions as a kid at every enchantix the girls earned! Enchantix shows so much character for every fairy during the transformation, like stella's magical kiss, tecna having her face edited out, musa's beautiful overjoyed look with a strand of music wrapping her up, bloom rolled up on herself having the dragon wrap around her referring back to how she was the lost child of domino, an infant wrapped around the flames when her adoptive father found her... Also, the well spread pacing of every girl unlocking her enchantix and making it a huge deal was so overwhelmingly magical. I cried at every. Single. One of them. Enchantix was the pure light that fended off the strong darkness of the world around the fairies, it highlighted itself as that glimmer of hope in the violent and cruel ruckus of Valtor.. the song and melody couldn't be anymore perfect than they are. Especially how (literally) enchanting it was in the french dub i watched. I was so sad when they discarded the song the next season and season 8.
Enchantix should never be any less than #1. It was the apex of the entire winx franchise, and i will not settle down for any other opinion!
Mythix sucks it could have worked if they had fairy tale characters designs for the Winx imagine Musa with a snow white design for her mythix form

Thank you for giving a bit of justice to Dreamix and especially Onyrix. Each could have been an evolution of Enchantix since the girls have grown into adulthood and is now trying to introduce the idea of true fairy existence to Earth people (outside of Gardenia too) through "Dreams".
The producers were just not executing their good concepts to the fullest extent...(well we all are used to that now).

Wands could’ve been like what the sacred treasures were to the seven deadly sins. Imagine the magic power is a lake. On their own you can draw out about a handful of water. But the wands can act like a giant spoon letting out more amounts of magic than normal
I miss back in the early days when pink was a color used to accentuate/enhance the girl’s main colors and not a secondary color needed for almost every outfit. Every girl’s enchantix outfit has pink somewhere in the design but it’s never THE color you think of for any of them (except Flora). I feel like in the later seasons they really layered it on thick with the pinks.
Also they somehow still managed to whitewash Stella, a white character. I’m impressed
Have you watched the pixies' spin off, Pop Pixie? It's a nice chill show that's not as epic as the Winx Club. It's just slapstick, comedy, and characters living their best lives.

enchantix was so iconic it will never get dethroned
Bloomix is my favourite design, even though it was so underutilized, I'm a sucker for a flowy shawl and dragon/dragonfly scale armour designs.
Having now seen those Mermaid forms and reading up on the book they feature in, I'm wondering why they didn't include them in the show. Don't get me wrong, I adore Harmonix cause its so beautiful and flowy, but having Ligea grant them a form that allows for easier exploration of the oceans makes more sense then being given a temporary form from the book. Maybe drop Sirenix and have Harmonix take its place while the mermaid form is a stepping stone cause I can definitely see nymphs like Daphne or Politea wearing Harmonix outfits for a more ancient look.

Actually I’m pretty bitter the episode Leila got her Enchantix powers they didn’t use it then, probably the ONLY reason they didn’t was because 1. The water literally looked murky because of Baltor’s influence so it would’ve messed with the colors and 2. Stella wasn’t there so a lot of fans would’ve hated not getting to see her mermaid form

As far as appearance goes say Sirenia and Bloomix on my favorite. I like that they all look similar in Sirenix because it symbolizes how much convergence magic that they use. They fight as one unit but they are all unique.

Not really for Sirenix. Yeah they have vibrant colors, I’m not kidding I don’t even like Musa’s because she looks like a red candy cane minus the white and a swamp green ugly tutu on her butt. Only ones I actually liked was Bloom because for once she isn’t drowning in pink, looks fire (goddamnit Barb) in purple, Daphne’s obviously and oddly Tecna.
Enchantix was the definition of unique and majestic, yet they’re a team. I mean the fact each of their transformations are unique instead of following a formula for each girl like: outfit appears, hair put in a ponytail, wings blink on and BAM done

Actually I really loved her Bloomix, its my second favorite overall fairy form. I seriously love how she had some purple added instead of drowning in hearts this time (looking at you Believix) but yeah I always assumed it’s because she’s the main character and associated with hearts which are associated with pink

So here’s something I kinda just noticed on why the Winx don’t show their full extent to their power and this is shown with Stella at least 3 times in the series. She faints whenever she uses the full extent of her sun power. Twice in her Winx form and once in her Sirenix form.
In my opinion, every fairy has three main transformation: Basic (for everyone starting at first), Charmix (a power boost helping a fairy to use magic in hard conditions), Enchantix (the final upgraded form, granting fairies high power and ways to defend against witches or dark forces). Since Believix and so on, every transformation can be considered as another version of Enchantix which works best in specific cases and becomes weaker in other cases. Faragonda used to mention this, too.
For example, Believix is the power from the trust of Earth human, so it only works best when people are around WinX, that's why it became weak underwater. Harmonix and Sirenix are ocean's magic, so they are most useful in the water environment and become normal on the ground. Bloomix is only effective against magic-neutralizing spell due to its power from Dragonflame. Mythix is only for Legendarium world, you all know, while Tynix is for accessing the nano worlds. Butterflix is the key to connect to the nature and lend natural forces. Cosmix has the power to light up star cores, and that's the only use.
I think Enchantix is the balanced version of all the transformations since S4. So I think WinX should use Enchantix instead of the right previous transformation in some first episodes of every season, until they get new powers to do specific works. That's more reasonable
In other words, I can say: "Since S4, new transformation doesn't mean WinX gets stronger. They only change the way using powers in order to work best for their goals"
However, if I have to choose the most good-looking transformation, I will vote for Believix and Bloomix. They were designed perfectly, and Believix gives me an energetic vibe while Bloomix gives me a mythic one. Enchantix is great too because of the simple but look-like-true-fairies outfits, however I will rank it #2 due to the less favor 👁️🫦👁️

2. Sirenix (I love the scratchy wings design, really sells that it’s an ancient form. Also it’s the only form besides Enchantix where we get a cool dark variation for witches with Dark Sirenix. 3. Magic Winx (Stella Stella Stellaaaaaaaaaaa... Bass-Musa, Bass-Musa)
4. Harmonix (Bring back Diapason and 3rd Teeth Seal in some way plz)
5. Bloomix (Backflips and solving arguments are indeed a sin, but come on brah! These looks are the work of art)

I really do wish Winx incorporated stuff from previous transformations more. It just doesn't make sense for them to upgrade then have to 'downgrade' for a previous power. It'd make more sense for the upgrades to include 'lesser' versions of the previous power's main focus.
And Precure A La Mode did food transformations so well I don't think anyone could do them better tbh.
TBH Precure actually did a really great job about keeping stories separate. Technically through the all star movies, all the Precures are actually about the same age I think and all the fairies actually come from the same dimension just different worlds. My favorites is the original, Sweet (music one?) and Smile

In some of the English dubs there was a different version of Aisha's Enchantix dress. It had more blue and some pink and it, to this day, is my favorite thing ever!

In defense of season 5 I think the whole reason they couldn't fight under water unlike previous seasons was because those forms had small wings unlike Believix which had wings the size of monster trucks. I can't remember if they fought underwater in encantix, it's been a while since I've seen the first 6 seasons as I stopped after season 6. I tried to get back into the show but, couldn't once I saw what the villains for season 7 were.

Princeivythefirst, author of the AU fancomic, Just Fairies, has done all the Transformations for their OCs, except Harmonix, and they look great. Heck their Butterflix designs alone are something that should get them hired by a fashion designer or something.

I stopped watching after Butterflix, but I've always had two different theories as to why they're very forms became very similar in the aesthetics design from believix on.
1) believix and on minus bloomix was earned as a group, but bloomix comes from bloom and that's how she saw them as sort of warriors/defenders of Justice
2) believix and on comes from an outside power source, while their first form, Charmin and enchantix comes from within themselves which is why they all look very very different but have similar aesthetics such as the sparkles the sandals for enchantix and other similarities if anyone can point those out
As a kid watching the winx IN ITALIAN I was absolutely flabbergasted by Enchantix, and man, even I as kid, I thought on Belivix : eh it's ok.. and then straight up left when Sirenix was on there, I didn't like how to the outfits loked the same. AND ALL OF that AS A KID, I can't belive Rainbow messed up that bad :,)
I had never seen the comic's transformations, and my first thought when I saw the last one was "gorgeous !!!" Then you said it's name... And oh my god. A FOOD transformation ????? Really ???? I agree I liked how cute the outfits and wings were and the song was jamming and when they started dancing at the ending as a kid I used to dance with them. It was cringy but fun.

The only thing I like about Butterflix is probably the shoes. And the Season 8 version of Butterflix was more neater. I also some special sells that came with it. Like Aisha's spell Natural Water Hug. Or that spell that turns Tecna into purple aura.

It’s also fun to rank each winx individually. I personally like Tynix the best specifically for Flora, while I’m not super high on her Believix (although I like Believix overall as a form).

While Believix was obtained simultaneously by Roxy believing in them

for me It was kind of a waste to have a transformation called butterflix and not giving the fairies actual butterfly wings
they did put the design of wings on the dresses, but i still would like to see as real wings for the girls
I think the reason enchantix is so unbeatable is because instead of making a copy of it for merch, it‘s more of a final upgrade to being a fairy. Before enchantix, the girls were sporting cute y2k magical ourfits. But they were still pretty bland. Almost looking like the training outfits a ballet dancer would wear. But enchantix looks like a real fairy‘s final form. It‘s whimsical, detailed, and it also looks like the way faries are depicted in media in general. Wearing flower and plant based clothes that look frilly and organic. The dresses look like different flowers being used to make them. And the leg accessories look like grass or vines being wrapped around. The whole thing looks so fairy like. Like the garden fairy sculptures you can buy with the big wings. And I think that was the intent. Use the older basic transformation, but finalize it by adding onto it. Especially with techna i think this is visible since her basic uniform underneath the detailed parts still show just changed to fit the light and airy feel of the outfits. It looks like a full form built on top of the original magic winx garb and that‘s what makes it great.
And it‘s also what the show was meant to end with. It was the final form. The winx becoming full faries through heroic sacrifice. It was perfect. And honestly, believix kinda almost did it well too adding to enchantix a more „earth passing“ variant to be more modern and relateable to humans. But still everything after it is so shamefully poorly designed and badly written. Wich makes sense. I mean winx was never that deep. But it was nuanced to some degree.
So I guess it makes sense that fans agree with this. Enchantix was the final stage of fairy adolescence. It was meant to be the end of the winx‘s studying and fairy training. To prove they were capable fairies even when faced with tough decitions. Enchantix is great because it represents fairies in the best way possible. Be that the idea of fairies in the show, or in real life. Anything else isn‘t that. It doesn‘t compare. It‘s a spin off. It‘s a shameless cash grab. Cause you can‘t build on top of enchantix. Enchantix is the end goal. Not a step towards it. And that‘s why the show should‘ve ended at the first movie. Or if they really wanted to squeeze in new seasons, make them prequels to enchantix or something. Like a side story arc type season. Enchantix was perfect. You just can‘t beat it.
I'm not a big fan of season 5 and onward. I love harmonix and like Sirenix, but that was when they got de-aged. I just pretend that season 5-8 don't exist, even if I love harmonix and Sirenix. I wish harmonix was the main transformation in season 5. It's prettier and more elegant than sirenix

They just started being MAD extra with the looks lol
