From watching his movements, there are things that I noticed and concluded (what i see and imo 🤓): • Flee doesn't even seem to have the mechanics like Terminius and Gargitron, he is just a speed nextbot like Happy and Sad. • The teleportation thing is actually just him going to point A to B instantly in the speed of light, making the illusion of teleportation (meaning he isn't teleporting at all). It is highly noticeable at the part where Daxter tries to fend him off at the outside parking lot, when a physics prop killed Daxter during a chase, the part where Daxter avoids him at the pool area, or where Daxter sits on the railing where the nextbot can't figure out how to navigate there. • The screams are just buggy. It only happens after Flee kills Daxter and it is not a chase/rage music, plus it cuts off (likely because of video transitioning) or doesn't work at all • The part where Flee actually teleports is a normal nextbot thing. When it gets stuck, it either teleports to the other side or teleports closer to the player. • Daxter actually gets frustrated at the nextbot constantly killing him like a normal (unsmart) nextbot and him being confused if Flee even has mechanics or not TL:DR - Flee is just another speed nextbot
At first I thought that the mechanic was that it's like hide and seek except you don't want to "find" it, with how the Nextbot description was worded. But that theory is invalidated by the fact that FLEE most of the time doesn't even care about when that happens
Seems a little buggy, and there's nowhere near as much tension when he just randomly teleports to you and kills you instantly. Terminus is still the best IMO
personally after 20-30 minutes id just get bored and pissed cuz he just insta kills you and relies on cheap jumpscares cuz these jumpscares remind me of 2014 gmod horror maps

Sad could be the dumbest one as he goes so fast he doesn’t know where he’s going and ends up flying all over the place, Trauma on the other hand does have some IQ as he approaches you at a somewhat normal speed tricking you into thinking he’s a normal nextbot only for him to go batshit insane once he gets near you.

It could be interesting to see its fake-jumpscare type effect if it had to run all the way up to you, and then it just stops lol

Just because a bot is fast, doesn't mean it's scary, another good way of scaring the player is using sounds, if the player starts running, breaking props, jumping, or opening doors it would go in that general area, and if it's chasing the player it should find a shortcut Infront of the player to give them a good scare

We need a nextbot that has like a sanity feature, basically: Upon spawned, all players will be given a sanity bar above their health. The nextbot will try to lower players’ sanity. It can do this by: Hiding in corners and go invisible once spotted, playing a little horror stinger. Hiding in doorways and opening them once a player gets close, with a slighter horror tone. Speeding to the other side of a corridor. Playing a sound or voice of an NPC, trying to lure players in. Once a player finds the npc, it will turn into the nextbot and play a jumpscare, if the player has a ragdoll mod (one that will let the player ragdoll without dying), it will toss the player into ragdoll. And a few more things. Upon a player losing their sanity, their screen will get a red tint like when they die, the nextbot will reveal itself fully to that player and stop it’s tricks on the other players, giving them time to rest. The nextbot will chase after the insane player until the nextbot loses sight of the player for a specific amount of time. If caught, the player will be given a black screen, followed by a jumpscare. There will be an optional feature to kick the player on death. The nextbot will go back to tricking the other players, it also leaves no killfeed or disconnect message. This probably seems unfun to play against, but I find it kinda funny to just use it on your friends without telling them.

Yeah no. It just teleports and screams. The one bit of the video I thought was genuinely amazing was when you were hiding in that room and he did not kill you until you exited and looked around. Nothing was there, then BAM! That scared me. Otherwise he is just a fast nextbot. I want a nextbot that will toy with you but also... PLAY with its food. I mean stuff like it shows up, then starts chasing you, and then you run, and when you turn around and it's gone and the music stops. Then you look around and it's gone. So you relax and then... Nothing happens. Stuff like that.

This thing consistently jumpscares me like every time. If toned down you could work this into a more "intimidator" style of nextbot that's there to scarr you more than get you. The Slenderman/Baldi type teleport movement is especially unsettling for me, I hate that stuff.

I Know this has nothing to do with this video but Jesus the RGX feature on Opera is so damn good it basically makes the video look better mainly the stuff out of focus but the stuff that is in focus looks even better usually YT causes video's to look muddy kind of and I say kind of because higher quality video's combat it a decent amount but you can still see it so it really helps so yeah to those wondering if they should use Opera yes you should it is fucking amazing and now some people are gonna say I am a bot or some shit and now they are gonna think I am a bot made to trick people into thinking it isn't a bot okay who fucking cares?
I'm no critic but I can confirm this is not closer to as scary as terminus, the horror you get between this nextbot is pretty much: none since it kills you way too fast.
imagine a nextbot that kills you the second you look at it. Imagine like, (From roblox DOORS) the entity "Eyes", but it will actively try and make you look at it. like it'll follow you and keep trying to get you to look at it, until you do, and then it kills you.
Flee isn't smarter nor scarier. I mean as in, not cheap jumpscare scary. The nextbot seems to just move super fast like a speed nextbot at intervals. It looks like the only mechanic. There's no tension to the chases because it's a given that your dead by some cheap way.
Idea: Amalgamation A mix of every current next bots abilities: Hyper speed from Bright, big hitbox from Silent, intelligence of Terminus and very high hops from Trauma (or any other Nextbot) along with his red aura

Flee isn't smarter nor scarier. I mean as in, not cheap jumpscare scary. The nextbot seems to just move super fast like a speed nextbot at intervals. It looks like the only mechanic. There's no tension to the chases because it's a given that your dead by some cheap way.

to those who don't know, I will leave the truth, trauma is not the fastest nextbot, nor is happy or sad or even lightspeed, the name of the nextbot is "unholy" it is a purple nextbot that moves so fast it can kill you and you wont see it anywhere, it moved so fast it looks like its teleporting, but its actually not.
