The tweet you quoted is false. Those ~$450 are given out on top of the remaining coins. Either way, nothing to worry about. Initial small sum payments have been mostly completed in the last few months. The majority of creditors are receiving Bitcoins because they want to continue to hold. The trustee will liquidate the remaining balance in the future OTC, without causing a crash.
