    Yuuuup!!! Effective talaga ang calorie deficit and intermittent fasting. 3 years after ko kapanganak lumobo ako from 52 kg naging 64 kg. Everyday exercise kahit sa bahay lang, calorie deficit sakin nga malala talaga kasi 900-1k calories per day lang kinakain ko at di ako kumain ng carbs, pastries at sugary drinks. Substitute na lang sa mais na kanin dahil low ang glycemic index ng mais, mas filling sha so di ka madaling gugutomin. Intermittent fasting, if beginner ka lang, try lang fasting for 12 hours and huwag ka magovereat sa eating window mo if feeling mo kaya mo na, taasan mo ro 16 hours fasting. Exercise, kahit mga 30 mins man lang. Finally, inom ng maraming tubig everyday.
    Few tricks na ginagawa ko for the first few days na nagstart ako sa diet and fasting ko, first thing in the morning, inom ka ng one glass of water and if feeling mo gutom ka, possible na uhaw ka lang talaga so dapat uminom ka muna ng tubig at iobserve if mawawala ba yung hunger mo, and also, drink a glass of water before eating para di ka magovereat.
    Wag kalimutan na importante ang cheat day once a week para mas maganda ang metabolism mo. And one of the worst things to do if nagpapayat ka is never ever weigh yourself in the weighing scale everyday. As what Anne mentioned, kasi sometimes may days talaga na stagnant lang yung weight mo and madedepress or mademotivate ka lang.
    Lahat ng yan ginawa ko for probably 4-5 months. From 64 kgs naging 48 kgs ako but since naggain ako ng muscles since nagexercise rin ako, di ako weak nun. Feeling ko napakaenergetic ko. Discipline is the key talaga at dapat may vision ka para always kang motivated! ❤

    Different body,different method ung iba nag wowork sknila ung crashed diet, ung iba Hindi. Iba iba po tlga dpende sa katawan.

      Pqpayat ka naman po talaga sa crash diet ang epekto nga lang po babagal ang metabolism po sa huli at instead na bibilis ka sa pagpayat ay babagal din po ang pagtunaw sa taba (long process) kaya pag inabot na ng mga buwan eh bagal na po ng katawan tumunaw .. mabagal na po improvement ..sa umpisa lang po mabilis magpapayat ang crash diet

    Ikaw po ba yung example ng may diastasis recti? Yung naka brown shirt? Pano nyo po nalaman na may diastasis recti ka pala?

      Meron po ako pero maliit lang po one finger ang gap pero meron po iba na malala ang diastasis ung iba po may 3 fingers ang gap pwede nyo po kayo mag self test ito po ung link

      Thanks po sa explanation! I'm 7 months postpartum and 57 kg now from 67 kg right after panganak. Nagcheck ako many times if may diastasis recti ako but seems like 1 finger gap lang an inch above sa pusod ko but 2 finger gap yung sa pusod mismo. 2nd baby ko na pero this time hirap magflatten ng lower belly ko unlike my first na 5 months pa postpartum pa lang flat na talaga yung tyan ko hahahah. baka fat lang talaga sha kasi d naman diastasis recti siguro sakin? hehe
