My father in law is 90 and sharp as a tack, I had an aunt with advanced dementia at 76. Trump and Biden may be three years apart but their mental acuity are light years apart.
And dementia doesn't always come to everybody, only certain people who are susceptible due to genes or lifestyle, or both. Many live into their late 90s or longer, and don't show the signs of mental decline that Joe Biden is showing.
