Our glitter paper doesn't have a particular brand as it is universal. We sell it on our Etsy store - link is in the description. We also have it on our website.
This may be a silly question, but I want to get the process right... do you have to do the foiling within a certain amount of time after printing? (ie does the ink dry and stop the foil from sticking, if you leave it too long?). Hoping you can help. I would love my invitations to look as amazing as yours do!!!
Hello! I would like to know if the type of foil influences the quality of the card (I have tried with one that is not minc and in the cardstock stardream it doesn't look pretty, I don't know if is the paper, the heat or the foil) sorry for my grammar 🙈 I'm from Colombia, and I love your videos!!!
Hi Anne, all foil is generally the same and it comes down to the paper you are using. Unfortunately, it's a hit or miss as paper types can vary from batch to batch even on the same stock (paper mills may use more fibres which makes a batch alittle rougher than normal). I would recommend using very smooth cardstock as it works best with foil.
We use many printers and they get upgraded frequently. You can find details of the recent models we use on the FAQ tab of our saved Instagram stories (over on our Instagram page)
The materials can be purchased from our website and Etsy store. This design does not come in a kit but we can supply a printable file (with your event details) if you would like one for DIY.
Hello :) .... just wondering what type of laser printer you use ? I purchased a cheap one but it cannot handle thicker cardstock and I am doing my research this time before purchasing another :)
We have many laser printers and they are all print industry quality (and the price of a small car!!) But we have used an OKI 610 for envelopes and have occasionally printed up to 250gsm cardstock on it with no troubles.
That's a WOW factor I was not expecting! I've never seen foil DIY'd, that looked so easy!
Hello darling, thank you for this amazing video.
Can you tell the stamping machine that you've used?
It is a foil minc
very nicely done...I love the fact that there is no bulk!
Fantastic job
Wow thank you, this is beautiful!
What type of paper did you use? It is a photopaper? Thank you
With the foil do you have to use a certain ink when printing
What kind of printer do you use to make the text look sharp and bold?
Are there other adhesives you recommend? Would Aleene's tacky glue work?
You are so talented. Amazing invitations

As long as you use 100% black ink (not composite black) from a laser printer you can foil at any time after printing.
What kind of paper did you use? And what printer. I'm having a hard time getting good results. I used 110lb paper

Hi there, we sell the envelopes. They are our favourite flaps and looks great with envelope liners.
you are seriously amazing
+Ani Tamaki thank you!
How do you choose what level to set the minc machine to?
Depends on the paper type, if I’m using heavy weight card I generally start with the hottest setting and work my way back.
Hey am from Belgium and i found mirror foil or something do u think that works?
Instead of glitter paper? You could use anything as long as it is thin enough to wrap around
Hello, what would the difference in the process be if one were to use a generic laminator?
+Laleña Schug there would be no difference in process. The main thing is how hot a generic laminator can get to.
Eternal Stationery Thank you so much for answering!

Invitation 120x180mm (fits in 5x7" envelope)
RSVP 148x105mm (C6)

As in the gold glitter paper? We sell that in our shop. Link is in the description.

Do you still sell the glitter paper?
Yes, but due to the popularity of glitter paper, they are completely sold out and the next shipment is a month or so away 😞
will a Epson inkjet printer work for this project?
+ML Designs no, an inkjet printer will not work. Transfer foil needs laser toner to stick to.
