As a Floridian, I can tell you first time Disney is SO stresssful, but once you learn how to navigate you can relax and really enjoy it. Theres just SO much to do though. Also, everytime we go I stock up on Joffreys k-cups for home 😂😂 love that coffee!!

last time i was at disney it was back in 2016 and my mom was with me so she did all the basic scheduling and stuff of course disney genie wasnt a thing yet but fast lanes were. I watch disney vloggers every day and now feel like i can navigate the park somewhat well, I feel so bad that the start of your vacation was so stressful, but glad it ended on a good note. Getting sunburnt is so easy for me being a read head so i understand your pain. Went to Chicago for a weekend trip around my birthday to see friends and got suburnt for not putting enough sun screen on my face and my scalp and that was the first time cold shower actually felt good to me. Rest up you earned it!

I love Disney. I go 3-4x a week, and love the atmosphere, eating snacks and getting on rides. Honestly, I didn't enjoy the dole products either. 🥺 You had a tough & action packed vacation... Lol. Breaks from Disney are a must. Loved your vlog & location you stayed at.

As a former Magic Kingdom cast member, EPCOT is my fave Park still followed by Hollywood Studios.
I went to Disneyland (california) last year because it’s closer than Disneyworld and it was so much fun! I was actually there a year ago from March 15th! It was just my dad and I and it was so special :)
Taking off my makeup at night when it looked extra good that day does make me sad. Also, I'm a side sleeper. Back sleeping makes me feel nauseous as well.

Funny coincidence! I was in Orlando visiting family and we overlapped a few days. I used to live in Orlando and went to Disney A LOT and still had never had the Disney beignets until this trip at the resort you mentioned. 😂 and yes, Epcot is the best!
I’m what I call an anxious sleeper. If I know I need to be up for something, I cannot sleep soundly. I do it all to get a modicum of actual restful sleep. Sound machines and playing binaural sounds on my TV through RUclips took my sleeping to another level. I do use a prescription of Ambien sometimes. If you don’t want to go full boar prescription meds then try melatonin at least. I prefer the gummies, pick your mg. There’s also zquil and OTC sleep pills. Everything besides the ambien is non habit forming. A lot of the things I see and hear you say you’re going through, I’ve been in a lot of those places. Figuring out what I needed to do to achieve restful sleep helped sooo many other areas of my life improve. I’m not saying it’ll be the thing to crack the code for you just because it did me, it’s just something to consider. Oh and I take magnesium supplements every night. It helps your sleep pattern as well. Look into it all for yourself though, if it interests you. ❤
