Make a video about all the RN's and NP's who don't associate with you anymore. Or the MAJOR difference in education between NP and MD.
Some people need to hear it from the source.
I have walked in your shoes (as an RN) first so it would be fun to hear from your perspective! :)

Sad to say but you’re absolutely right. There are those with whom we’ve lost interactions as they often see us as no longer on their level, but it doesn’t have to be that way since we’re all still in this field where optimum patient care still holds top priority.

@@DrGeeMD obviously I'm anonymous so I have a little more lead way in saying what I feel.
I'm going into my 3rd year of med school soon and I was an RN.
NPs are only as strong as their performance in nursing school.
The difference between NP / MD is not even worth exploring.
But the NP lobby groups would say otherwise.
You walked the walk and have seen firsthand their incompetence. Now you're an MD.
I have plenty of people who simply don't talk to me anymore lol 🙃

I keep hearing that s ok… no it s not ok and that s the whole issue with US, they dangle cash at the end of the mistreatment and everyone thinks it s ok…take a look at residency programs in Germany or Norway then you all see it s not ok

I have been a family nurse practitioner now for 8 years. I was a RN 3 years. I am starting my pre-reqs for MCAT/med school in 2 weeks.
Organic Chemistry lecture I & II
Organic Chemistry lab I & II
    Physics lecture I & II
    Physics lab I & II
    Calculus
    Then I study for MCAT
I am so motivated yet so nervous. I am ready to take this on. I have always wanted to be a physician. It would be my dream come true.
I will be checking in from time to time.
Pray for me, and wish me luck🙏

You got this! With that kind of motivation and determination…it’s only a matter of time until you hit that finish line. I am rooting for you 💪🏽.
