Moving can be tiring for sure. You will see your friends next semester. I lived in a dorm in NYC so needless to say there were roaches. My next door neighbor's boyfriend was my personal exterminator 🤣. Very cool you did a letter to your future self. That is a nice looking dorm. And nice size kitchen. That is a nice view. Eighth College dorm question Part II: Is there a drawer like on a desk or a dresser in the dorm room that can be pad locked. I've seen desks in dorms at other colleges where you can pad lock on one drawer to keep things secure, like electronics, money, etc. From part I, ordering the mattress topper.
@@czeanmikhaela Just noticed in the move out video, you opened up one desk drawer and it had a metal thing with a hole that looks like one can put a padlock on.
Eighth College dorm question Part III: Just found out daughter was assigned to a double room in Pulse (13 person suite). Question: Do students have shower robes for going to and from the shower or do they just bring a change of clothes into the shower room and change there. Wondering if a shower robe should be on the shopping list.
Hi! Referring to the moment where you said “that’s the building we’re living in next year”, do you know if all upperclassmen like yourself are going to be in apartment style dorms? I’m a upcoming freshman and I wanted to be in podemos (or any building with apartment style rooms lol) but I was told apartment styles are only for upperclassmen :(
@@mckennawong3936 hii! it all depends on the college you’re admitted to but i’m not entirely sure if underclassmen aren’t allowed to be housed in apartment styled housing since i was able to get apartment style as a freshman.
Hi! I'm moving in this fall and had already found my roomates and we all planned and agreed on which bed we should take, but our mra gave us assigned bed place. did you and your roomate follow the assigned bed space?
