It feels so good to get things moved around and cleared out doesn't it?! I love the white cubbies-I have two in my laundry room (at the moment) but I'm probably going to steal them for my art room because my jars of paint have taken over my hall, my kitchen, my family room-they are everywhere! I think you should get a 4x8 sheet of plywood and make yourself a new worktop to replace the old dining table one. You can cover it with a vinyl tablecloth, cut to fit the 3/4" plywood and use thumbtacks all around the edge to make it "pretty. The ugly staples can go underneath the worktop! It's really unsafe to have a worktop that doesn't fit its base and isn't attached to the base! Attach it with four big deck screws from underneath. You DESERVE to have things exactly how you want them! I'm thinking a tiny air conditioner (window unit) to go in that window. Girl, pamper yourself a little-you work hard-I didn't realize you also work a full time day job. I love what you did in this video-thanks for bringing us along. And Yes, the glass jars with your "pretty stuff" in them looks awesome. Can't wait to see what else you do!
About 12x12, but I have a door to the outside so it seems much bigger. Organization is KEY in a small room, and think of storage shelves that go UP. I’m going to add another white cube shelf to this setup, and also redo my closet next! Are we ever, ever done???
