So the drywall is wet and needs to be removed, but the wood framing holding the drywall remains dry ?
How dose that work, when the contractor is reasonable to remove or dry wet materials ?
Unless your giving the contractor a written notice that your excepting full responsibility to write the scope of work and You hold responsibility if mold shows up at a later date
The customers heath issues, contents of the room, and the use of the room ( food preparation / medical ) and they type of contamination present ( sewage, lead paint, other ) determine the Need to sir scrubbers, Not the adjusters

Usually, wet lumber is treated different than drywall.

Insurance companies are good for not wanting restoration companies to use the line items for bagging debris, always best to have photos of bagged debris while opened.
