But in this EP the details are amazing and so fucking precise)

I don't think they're overlooked? They've definitely had more screen time in their music videos as of late, and it adds a lot. The drum pause and 2:39 are the hypest bits of the song imo

Obviously, at the beginning (I mean the first EPs of the 2015), Dan and Will worked to find the edge of Chrissy's voice. But now Dan and Will have built an instrumental base very solid, with pauses, with difficult tunes, difficult and different grooves. After that, Chrissy can step up with her charisma as frontwoman. This song is so catchy! Love the powerful guitar and drums really gave the song the energy it needed. Also like the verse where the vocals are lower it sets up the louder parts in the chorus really well. Against the current is also one of my favorite bands right now, keep it up guys!

it's been such a long time and i remember anticipating for the release of in our bones. against the current songs have always been my method of venting out m own feelings because they're all so perfectly captured. the anxiety, the depression, the constant chanting to myself that it will be okay, the intrusive thoughts. from then till now, atc is my only favorite band.
The first song i heard from them was Guessing. I was still a kid back then and kinda lost track after IOB. It was only when Weapon came out that i got back into them and now at 24, i feel just the same as i did when i first heard them at 15....
with every new release i keep saying this can't get any better and every time it gets even better wow the last 3 songs are a gem and the words are so touching and relatable.. again and again ATC release my favorite songs of all time 😉

My memory is a bit hazy but i think i first listen to them when i was just a kid.
