Ive committed myself to wanting to fully control my body for this as well and your tips are so helpful. I have watched so many and replayed my footage of myself side by side and it is so helpful for learning. You are an excellent instructor, and very professional when you give your break-downs. You give such an upstanding ratio of intellectual definitions, visuals, bodily sensations, and kindness throughout your videos.
