Hyatt Centric Las Olas Fort Lauderdale - Is it worth paying more for this hotel?

- If you are in the Fort Lauderdale area whether for a quick stay or looking for a Pre or Post cruise hotel, we highly recommend looking into Hyatt Centric Las Olas. We scored this hotel for less money than a Hyatt House and although Centric doesn’t have a kitchen, we enjoyed our “upscale” stay. Always make sure to look at all rates before booking your stay.

What season do you recommend booking hotels in Fort Lauderdale?
Besides the true summer months (July - Early Sept) any other month works for us and is great to visit Fort Lauderdale
How far is this from the cruise port?
The hotel is 13-14 minute car ride and approx $12-15 for Lyft and Uber. Hope this helps

Yes on free breakfast for globalists but no suite upgrade on this stay unfortunately. They used the (we are fully booked) excuse.
