- Meet Riley Windeler - a TRU student and sports fanatic who just happens to be 4'6'' tall. He has a form of short limbed dwarfism called Hypochondroplasia but hasn't let his height (or lack thereof) get in the way.
He's very handsome I'd say.
Being a 4'11 male, I can definitely relate to Riley's story. It's especially hard when you have kids and their friends or other kids consistently make fun or comments at me. But God made me this way for a reason. I take solace in that.
Do you get jaw dropping when you tell people how old you are. Cause certain people think I'm still in middle school or high school. Or freshmen collage now that one I could deal with lol. Some kids are taller than I am I could be considered their age.

Thank you. This is one of the only videos I have found on someone with hypoacondroplasia. Its hard not being able to show my 3yr old son there are others with his type of dwarfism.
The majority of us grow simultaneously in height as well as intelligence to those around us, so imagining staying at a kids height has to be incredibly frustrating. However, we all have to go through our own things that take many years to overcome in this thing we call life. Yes' theirs is physically, so it being on display is more easier to see. And the even more difficult thing is in most cases it can't be checked off as something overcame as far as others being able point it out in certain circumstances whether verbally, or visually. Riley, seems like a cool dude which certainly makes him more apt to deal with his situation as well as having the people around him feeling favorably towards him. I love seeing others overcoming struggles and great on them for allowing others in, so we can all visually see none of our overall struggles are truly unique.

Ryley Ilove your video that you posted on you tube and I enjoyed watching it.I used to be teased and not treated well in elementary and high school by the students and a few teachers but I learned well during my years in school and I was glad that I graduated from high school in 1984 and the awful bad memories during those years in school.
Riley you are a vision of hope. You others might not think so but it shows what people can do induvidgualy
I am also short stature at 4'7" and I have almost the same things that you have or going through,I am visually impaired with limited vision and I use a white cane.I am an adult that come from a family of short statutes family members but not everybody is on the short side just one of my sisters,am aunt who are both 4'11" and our dad is 5 feet tall.Shopping for clothes,grocery shopping and asking for help when I need it .I adapt well in my tall world by using stools,talking measuring scale,large print cooking and baking products to make it easier to do cooking and baking at home,I do my own housework,grocery shopping,clothes shopping and buying footwear in a size 3 but I easily get tired and I have to rest a lot due to my health issues but I try to be independent as I can be but I don't drive a car and eather my mom drives me around the city or I take the buses,let train or dats to my appointments or events in the city
Ancient race of little people. About 30cm tall. Said to have had fire magic. They were little fire balls, short and spicy. With red hair, golden skin and orange eyes.

4'-6" isn't that short. I dated a chick 4' 9" and we didn't seem to have any problems. It probably helped that I was 5' 4".

I'm 4'10 it can be difficulty reaching high shelves in stores and even where I live at. I get called cute or get stares when I climb the shelf to get things I need and no one is around or I'm just to timit to ask some one for help.
