I made it last night, and it was delicious! For adults I think I would add more spice, but for kids it was perfect! I called it Rainbow Soup, and my daughter loved it!

I'm so glad you're finally settled (although unpacking does take time). I always hated being in-between places. Your recipes look so good, as usual. Stir fries are pretty regular here as a way to keep up with the fresh veggies. Love to you and the family!
