I had the opportunity to listening Misfits twice in my life. And both times the bass was out of tune. But I really found it funny hahahaha. Like "we don't give a shit" also Doyle was repeatedly playing wrong notes and stuff.. so funny.

I don't think the bass is out of tune. Instead I think that he is playing in the wrong key.
I think Jerry just pulls the strings so hard that the strings ring out of pitch.
