Unfortunately The Distillers had taken a long hiatus and this Iconic punk masterpiece 'City of Angels' is not on rotation on the younger gen playlists and even Millennials there were either ever just casual fans or not ..... What I'm saying is that I hope The Distillers have recoded another Iconic album and hope that they sign with a label that can can properly distribute their upcoming album and have the label promote the shit out of them with a marketing campaign. Now that Pop Punk is making a comeback the Distillers have so much potential to get a hit punk record and grow their audience and have the general public want to check out their music on their own and that will lead to a future festival show go absolutely mental when they play live Distillers just like if it was 2003 all over again
The Distillers have't been around for almost 20 years and their impact at the time wasn't that huge or anything. Great band but they didn't build the largest fanbase and then Brody ditched the band for two decades.

She derailed her career when she divorced Tim Armstrong from rancid. He owned the rights to the distillers until a year or two ago
