Dr Raghuram Rajan talks of economy, growth, banking etc. He served RBI as governor. After demiting office immediately he left to USA along with his family. Now he lectures us. He could offered his services for rural banking, cooperative banking, given services to SME sector or helped State governments for managing their finances.
What will he doing working at smaller levels, when people at top are indulging in organized loot and legalized plunder of poor and middle-class. Stop being andbhakt, before this govts governance knocks at your door.

Rajan should clarify why he granted permission for gold import after UPA lost in the 2014 election, which facilitated Gold-import- fraud by Nirav Modi and Chokshi. As a mark of regard for the new government, Rajan should have waited for the NDA government to take charge.
As regards unemployment, AI and Robotics have destroyed jobs. How the exploding population will find jobs? Climate change is also destroying agriculture and water sources. If population is not curbed, India will face poverty, starvation and economic downfall

Just one useful point, teach the teachers how to teach. They need not be B Eds. Please understand that most children of middle-class parents' study in private schools/ghost schools and coaching centres. The teachers in coaching centres range from super experts earning crores to INR 10000 pm young grads. How can they be trained? The BEds are actually wasted in government schools.

RBI data shows 42 crores MUDRA loans and 13 crores agriculture loans have been availed by youth. If we exclude this group, how many Indians would require jobs?

Rajan Sir is essentially a westernized person. Though he has been a RBI Governer he has to realize west's culture,economics,values can not be applied to India in toto.

Low level of employability of young graduates in India
Yes. We know that. Now who is against manufacturing jobs? You and pappu. Service sector can never absorb so many underemployed farm labourers as much as manufacturing. And we also need to make ourselves less dependent on Chinese imports. But this so-called genius never understands.
How many new jobs doing think highly automated manufacturing sector shall create? What shall be it's impact on environment particularly air and water? One exception could be chip manufacturing for strategic reason.

Come on sir don’t be a hypocrite! Scoring political goals doesn’t help the Nation, equivocally criticising every wrong economic policy by all the existing political spectrum is the mark of neutrality and non-partisanship which u quite evidently lack.
State is equal responsible for economic trajectory of this nation, in my opinion their role is much bigger. We have prime example of development witnessed by Gujarat and AP under Modi and CB Naidu, when congress was at centre, despite their support. Kerala is one of the top developed state in India .The criteria that decide the development of a state is control of infant mortality rate, human development index, property index and eliminating hunger and poverty , educational fecilty for all at free of cost snd health sector fecilities , literacy advancement, political awareness and unity of people with out any difference

Look at the Chinese exports after the exit of rajan ....it has gone up 3 fold ....
There are different kinds of manufacturing. If you had any idea about manufacturing, you will realise what he says is right.
