Before technology came into existence in far away places the term was methodologies. Many were very good at doing those things that never needed tech. It slowly disappeared as we mostly got attracted to technology
What alot of nonsense ,if you could even lay 10 stones a day it would take well over 600 years to complete and some if these stones were 70 tonnes, even today we struggle to have machinery able to move these size blocks.....IMPOSSIBLE!
