Well, let's face up to it... I am beginning to run out of songs. This is an old childhood favorite of mine.
It's In the Book was a big hit for Johnny Standley in 1952 (I was 11).
Little Bo Peep Has Lost Her Sheep was the A side and Grandma's Lye Soap was the B side which I posted back in December. (see video response below)

I was riding the subway (called the metro in Montreal) today (going to my dentist appointment) and I was wondering what song I could put on youtube (seriously I am running out of candidates) when this piece popped into my head. I have no idea where it came from but I knew it completely (word for word) as soon as I started to recite it to myself (at least I hope it was to myself), I can't imagine what other people on the subway would think if I recited it out loud.
