My brother, thanks again for the setup. When you drop that baby off, let's talk about what I can upgrade the bridge to and we'll get it worked out. Seemed like the rest was pretty good, guess I finally found my 335 that will stick around (the previous firefly and grote 335's are gonna get sold hahah). Thanks again for taking another guitfiddle and working your magic on it!

Anytime dude. I actually liked it a lot more the next day. Maybe I was a little too discerning. The bridge may be workable with some thread tape or something. It's fine when strings are tightened down. It's a lovely instrument and I think I'll miss it when I bring it back.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with ‘loose’ bridge, most guitars I’ve played are like that, jazzmaster a literally have a loose bridge, it doesn’t even screw it just drops in. Once the strings are on and there’s tension there’s literally no issue

Your review of this budget guitar is one of the best I've seen on YT. The backing tracks really help to feel it in a real setting. You really gave that thing a full circle demo from just about any aspect we would want to hear. What is your final assessment of this budget guitar? Would you recommend it for beginners, which as amazing as you play , since it's not a premium guitar? Anyway, I will sub because your method of review is very thorough in a playing setting. Thanks and have a great day!

Thanks for the great review Brother! I recently bought one and you're a wealth of information on this baby. Your playing is intoxicating on this and all of your reviews. How about some videos on the settings on the "Budget" guitars and amp to get the elusive "tone" you find so effortless. So, when do we get a CD of your play?

    • @RickRomanelli

Wow and hello! Thanks for this really nice comment. This is definitely a joy for me and I like almost all of the feedback. I'd be happy to do more tone videos. That's my favorite subject. Of course you know I don't own many of these guitars I review. When I own one, you know it because of how much I love it. CD? Not any time soon. I really hate recording and all of the expectations that go along with it. I'm happy for now just to make music on You Tube and out with the band. Thanks again!!

Well that is one good review, mate! Darn good review of a darn good guitar brand. Imho, so far my only problem with any HB guitar is the fact I haven't found a bass player, and a drummer yet to form a band. :) Otherwise, the instruments are awesome. Got three of them for under 500 EUR total...
p.s. you frightened me a bit with "loose bridge" problem for a moment there, but I guess it's pretty much intented :) the strings hold it tight. All in all, for that price, and for a hobby player... say no more. cheers! 🎸
