I have been hemming and hawing over doing the 3 month subscription to birdie and blossom because i saw the giraffe and it’s just magical…and then is saw her next one is a tiger and that pretty much sealed the deal for me! I feel guilty because I haven’t been felting and I have so many kits and projects to do already without adding more….but you’ve inspired me again and I think im gonna pull the trigger. Your makes are beautiful as always and I love your vlogs! Thank you for all you do!
Yes, the tiger looks stunning too, I have managed to nearly get through my kits, it takes time but you have to be in the mood for each one. Hope you enjoy the Tiger if you go for it, thanks for watching ❣️ x
It looks like talent runs in the family. Your daughter's a skilled artist too. I love the highland cows and although I have never liked mushrooms, I do love the ones you felted - they are fantastic. I think the otter turned out really well and will look forward to seeing how the giraffe turns out. You live in a lovely, picturesque landscape too. Wow! No wonder your dogs look so happy - despite the rain!
Thank you so much, that's very kind, the mushrooms are definitely fun to play around with in whatever colour you choose. Hope to start the giraffe soon, I think it will take me some time, thanks so much for watching and commenting ❣️ xx
thank you, thank you for your work and donation towards breast cancer. I myself had that diagnosis three years ago but thank God it turned out ok, but my best friend has been given weeks as a result of cancer. thanking God for the generosity of so many people like yourself. bless you xxxx💐
Absolutely love these monthly vlogs, so inspirational. Loving the mushrooms and the Herdwick on the slice. You live in such a beautiful place. I have 3 of Birdie & Blossom kits, just haven't got round to doing them for fear of cocking them up 😅. Take care ❤xx
Another Lovely video, well done! A big huge High Five to your Daughter for her Drawing is Brilliantly Beautiful! Love the background for the pics! If you take a pin and pop it into the bubble, it can let the air escape and you can press it down better... Love the pastels, been using them for a while, they are great!! Beautiful Scenery as Always, Thanks for sharing ~
Thanks, that's a great idea with the pin, much easier, glad you enjoyed the vlog, it really encourages me as I never really know what people think, thanks so much ❣️ x
I like the tip about photographing your work to spot any dodgy areas. I find it hard to get faces symmetrical - if I take a photo and then flip it, it's much easier to spot where the problem is.
Brilliant video as usual Pippa. The otter and mushrooms look fantastic! Thank you for your donation to breast cancer, my sister in law has had it twice so your support is appreciated. Love all of your makes for the month ❤
Thank you and twice! Your poor sister, hope she's OK, thanks so much for watching as it all helps with the channel and simply watching raised some money xx
Beautiful makes Pippa and to such a high standard as always. Love the base you created for the otter. It was just perfect. Hope Holmfirth went well for you! x
A fun update as always. So many interesting things to see and learn. I love the farm shop. The plant display is truly gorgeous and I saw several things I wanted. haha! The otter came out really nice. I don't like felting claws as well, so I'm impressed.
Always love your monthly recaps, Pippa. I hope the show goes well for you! I’m going to go back and watch your mushroom video again. I’d like a small, whimsical project that would allow me to use up some bits and pieces of wool. Would you ever consider doing a pdf or kit on those? (I know you did your originals off a kit, but we can never have enough kit options, can we? 😂) Also appreciate seeing the weaving process. I’m SO tempted to try one. There’s a really cool kit on Etsy that’s been calling my name, but it’s spendy. Hope you’ll share some of your WOW weaving kit process with us. Happy July to you! (P.S. Every time you show clips of your walk and village, I want to move there! Looks so lovely!)
Hi Jill, it is lovely here but it can be very rainy in winter though 🌧, yes the mushroom projects are great for using up wool, you can have fun with all the colours. No kit yet but maybe in the future. Yes, I'll definitely show to Wow one, I think the good weaving kits are expensive, the Wow one was a good £40. Lovely to have you here and hope you are well xx
Yay, I also use wood slices as a base for my felts. It’s nice because it gives them a sturdy bottom for transport and gives them more of a sculpture look. I also like to stamp my art brand on the underside ☺️ beautiful work as always Philippa!
So good to see what you've been up to Pippa. Loved your otter and the way you have mounted it. I'm very tempted with the giraffe kit but have so many others i haven't done so I'm trying to resist!
I really enjoyed your vlog. The woven picture was intriguing, might have to find a kit to try. On your vinyl backdrop, you can stick the bubble with a pin and then smooth it out. All of your felted makes were beautiful, I especially liked the otter.
Just wow! So many fantastic things happening, it’s amazing to see what you come up with, your little hares are just the cutest!! I’ll have to buy a kit when you are ready ❤. Hope all is well, missing you 🌻
@@feltsbyphilippa thank you - the workshops are so much fun, it’s amazing to watch a group of people go quiet and just work on their piece, incredible. Yes - I haven’t been able to make it yet, work is just beginning to slow a bit finally. ❤️
As ever your video is great to watch. informative and relaxing, thank you. I'm thinking I need to pluck up the courage to further my skills because of the encouragement you bring 😊🌻
I love the weaving hoop, I tried to buy this kit, and was told they did not sell it any more. I love all your videos, and look forward to the next one.
Thank you for another enjoyable video, I look forward to seeing all your makes, hearing your tips and your sharing of other brands kits etc... Your daughter's sketches are beautiful, such a talented young lady.
Coincidence. Hear I was watching you whilst stabbing at my World of Wool Giraffe, that I've not enjoyed. Four long legs and a long neck have just annoyed me. It's my last unfinished felt in the affectionately named Bone Yard. The kit you have looks to have some beautiful shades in it. You only get fox colour in the Wow kit to do the spots. As usual I changed all the wool. Cx
@@feltsbyphilippa thankyou. I live in New Zealand and it would cost me a fortune to get them shipped to me . The cost of postage is the killer for purchasing items overseas. Never to mind. Can`t wait to see the finished Giraffe

Beautiful sheep Phillippa and your daughters art work is gorgeous.
Thank you so much! Xx
Amazing video Philippa. The other is gorgeous and the mushrooms scream, Buy me Leyla, bye me. It’s such a gorgeous kit. 💕💕
Yes, sorry about that, I show some lovely kits and people's shopping lists get longer! 😀 thanks for watching ❣️

These ones are from beading wire, I have a video on different types of whiskers, I'll link it in a second xx

Place label "display stand only" something like that so buyer knows they don't get stand
