We stayed at the adult villas there about 6 years ago. Only 3 floors and no elevator. Loved it. We bring a travel partition with us and place it between the bed and bathroom for privacy even when it’s just me and my wife. Need the privacy.
Very nice hotel. We stayed there in February. The beach is great and there are no waves like in the Hotel zone. The food is delicious and there is a large selection. Good entertainment shows in the evenings.
All rooms in this hotel face the ocean, but some of the lower floors might not have the best views of the water. Hopefully you get one of the higher floors 🙏🏻

Hi, at about 8:13, is the dock going out from the beach area the place where you catch the ferry to Isla Mujeres? Also, I have heard there are no bathrooms out by the pool or beach area, that you need to go back the the main building. Is this true? Thanks for your videos, I always enjoy them.
The dock for Isla Mujeres is about a block down the road, very close (its about ~20$ round trip if I remember correctly). The dock from the balcony view is just for activity boats. Second question : Correct - there are no bathrooms by the pool area, you do have to walk back toward the mainbuilding. Good thing is that it is not a far walk from the pools - there are 2 bathrooms you can use, one is in the actual main building next to the sports bar, the second is located on the other side of the building under Las Olas/buffet. This bathroom has an outdoor entrance so you don't have to go into the actual building itself. Both very clean .

Unlimited drinks - even in your room 🙌🏻 the views from the room are a great feature of this resort 👍🏻

How is it with the sun movement for such a huuuuge building? Will it not block all the nice sun especially as this resort is facing north?
It depends on the time of year - but you might lose a few hours of sunlight in the evening because of where the sun is setting.
