Hi Tammy, that's great to hear! I think that being creative with repurposing extra materials you have around you is a great skill to learn. Hopefully this video acts as a 'starting recipe' for creating something fun, but then all kinds of other recycled materials can work in place of what I used and can really add to uniqueness of each puppet.
Aw this was super cute! I searched a tutorial to learn how to make sock puppets with my 3 year old, saw the first video with a link to the rap, and instantly clicked it. She watched every second of it and wanted to watch more! Plus it was fun and extremely clear for both of us to learn the steps

Serious you need your own puppet show set in the real world called This Socks. How its done followed by a rap version. Children would dig the music and might learn from the repetition....and i would love it too.
