I started the video, as a young adult does, distracted. I had it on 1.5x, knowing I wanted to hear it but not having the patience. I swear this is the only video I have ever stopped, ran to a book and pen, put it on normal speed, paused, BACK TRACKED and wrote it all down. Literally after every line, I pause, write it down and saying 'amen' ahhaha. Your words are golden, thank you for stopping me in my tracks and getting me back onto my high-frequency ways that I have lost sight of.

@@yoli5779 Keep pushing bro, maybe it's god's way of telling you that you should work for yourself, or maybe that particular field isn't your destiny. Don't get too down on yourself. Develop a unique skillset that'll provide you with unlimited opportunities, that'll be your best bet :)

our ego keeps us in the scarcity/victim narrative, we stop ourselves from changing because deep within our mind(ego) we are afraid of the unknown. Though an abundant mindset(soul connection) says, “Even though I don’t have all the answers, and I don’t know exactly how things will go, I trust the universe will bring to me what I deserve, and I deserve good because I strive for good everyday.”
That is the soul energy to incorporate everytime you start complaining, like this sucks, or this is hard,, no no you must accept it all because your abundance will always balance difficulties.

Recently I’ve really cemented in my mind that in life all you need is 2 out of these 3 things to be happy and successful.
1. To truly feel that you love yourself and you’re proud of yourself.
2. To truly feel that your parents/family love you and are proud of you.
3. To truly feel that God loves you and is proud of you.
If you have all 3 then you’re doing really, really well !

This is one of the most down to Earth explanations of the laws of the universe I’ve seen on RUclips. Well done Jack🏆
This is pure wisdom right here, only thing i like to add here is that ignoring problems is not good in the long run, i think we should all aknowledge the problems we have but NOT view them as unsolvable obstacles, but rather when we have clarity think and plan strategic solutions and then take action. If it does not work it is ok to fail, and try a different approach. Stoicism preaches balace, so be careful how much time you spend on solving problems, a good measure is if it's blocking your daily duties then you're overdoing it. In that case the video advice can apply for ignoring or postponing for that matter. It's important we validate ourselves and accept when something is factually not good, but also consider the quote 'No man is given more hardship than he can endure'. You start to view the world this way, you swtich to a high vibrational state and start to move forward instead of sulking in your misery. Hope this helps someone.

I just want to add , breathe work, spend more time focusing on your breath and you will find gratitude easy! We tend to breathe to only fill our lungs, but our lung capacity lets us bring oxygen all through out our body, bring the breath down to your lower abdomen and fill up your gut, chest,back and shoulders! And let it all go with your out breathe !
