This looks awesome. My only question. A reserve officer generally works one day a week or less right? This would be the point that they have other employment right? Yet they still need 500 hours of training right? If a person is otherwise employed and intends to do part time police work as a reserve officer and can only put in like 20 - 30 hours of work a month at best how do they have the time to do the 500 hours of training? I guess only the local police department can answer that. Really cool program though and probably many people who become officers may have done this initially at some point.
well, if your going out there in a police uniform, you'd better be trained like a police officer. Criminals today don't care about anyone in a police uniform and usually don't distinguish between reg. reserve or auxiliary officers. several years ago, two unarmed auxiliary NYC officers were chased down and killed by an armed criminal.

I like it. Love the training
