Even the Yak-38 is a better grinder atm because it got two extra R-60s (and custom loadouts for goofy ahhh gunpod+r-60 gaming, definetly a video suggestion lmao) But the su-25 is still the best rank 6 russian air premium by far just cuz of the gun and flares

Why try to have Mig - 29 . right now when ever i check the que 80% are US at top tier ( im not joking its real ) just grind to F - 14 and win . losing is not fun at all no matter what game
The jet is really fun if you use it right but it can be hard to do so. I personally used it to grind in sim with vr and it performs great there. Missiles are standard early BR missiles, your only really gonna get kills on player who aren’t paying attention. Also the guns are hard af to lead at first but you get used to it over time.
Humbly disagree on the weapons. R3S is hot garbage, but R3R (technically same sidewinder B clone) has such lovely features as all aspect lock and launch, uncaged seeker so you can lead your prey, and radar slaving so you dont even have to be looking at them when you spool it up. Low agility is easy to dodge once or twice, but a full load WILL kill as the target will stall before you run out
PSA: If someone's spamming radio messages, you can mute them on the scoreboard, disabling their radio messages. I do believe you can still see their chat messages though.
i have that mig21s but the pack of counter measures and poor 10g missiles make it not that fun to play, whats the point of radar r3r missiles if everyone is flying at the ground anyway ? I like av-8a way more
Ya gotta pull a big sneak attack. Fly up to 30k feet and go around behind all the bomb targets. Fly down doing around 1500km/h and get them from behind. Fly back up and repeat. Almost no one can catch you. You cant be agressive in this plane unless you are a god at flying and i am not
I bought it with the discount, so far I am pretty satisfied with it, It's my first jet, so the learning curve is pretty steep, anyway, I think that if you learn the hard way how to play this game you are going to appreciate more better jets.
its a good jet abit annoying with the a-10 and a-6 around but, the missiles are actually b tier missiles in a head on they are fantastic. go to 5km alt find a target lock him at 4km shoot within 2 km maybe even a little less like 1.8 he there a 90% chance he cant dodge, right after firing move out the way with a barrel roll, also if you notice him starting to maneuver early like before 3km lead and also fire early. btw only use r3r and rockets on this jet everything else sucks. if he has aim9l or r60m, you use a rocket pod on the inner pylon with 32 rockets as makeshift flares they work well in headons. after taking out high alt targets you dive ontop of unsuspecting enemies, from the top their rwr cant see your radar ping so you can shoot without them noticing. remember to lead your missiles well they cant hit anything manurvering so be careful, anyways just do this every round and you might get some good results.
you need to bind a key to lock on the target. Early radar like Mig-21 will struggle to lock on a target that is near the ground. I suggest you fly high enough and surprise them

Nice I got it but I'm having trouble as the missiles are not very good and only 200 rounds is so hard to play with plus no countermeasures
Try to lock the missile around 5km, and fire it when the enemy is close to 3,5km
