My ex ended it 6 weeks ago, it turned into long distance as she moved for a job. I went immediate NC. A week ago she randomly sent me a meme “if distance wasn’t a thing we’d probably be f*cking right now”. I responded casually “you always did send funny sh*t”. A female friend also posted me in an insta story and my ex reached out to her about me. Regardless of if she wants the relationship back at some point she’s still thinking of me. NC did that. It also helped me appear strong & helped build my confidence back.
Did you ever get back together or are you both still in NC?
No contact definitely works. Ive used it in a couple of different points in my life. Depending on the level of bond that you had with them, it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months. You must not reach out in anyway and the first time they hit you up, dont answer back until the next day, and make sure you keep an attitude of you could care less that your talking to them or not when you do, specially if its a text message. Say things like, sorry i didnt get back to you but i was out or i was busy. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY POWER BACK. Before you know it, they will be all about getting together and youll have great make up sex lol. Heres the thing though, healthy relationships should not require "no contact" and more then likely it will go bad again, but atleast you got to hit it again lol. Just remember, expect the person you meet to be who they are when you found them, dont expect them to be who you think they could be. Good luck
This is the comment I’ve been looking for. Once they leave like that, and been talking with, out with, hooking up with other men…they’re done. When they come back, and assuming you had a healthy respectful relationship up until they rug pulled and left in a toxic fashion, then once they realize grass wasn’t greener and the excitement wears off, then hit it and keep them as a FWB and remember how they tossed you away like trash, don’t develop too much feelings, minimize it as best as you can, and use her for sex only. She is now in the sex only category and loses all GF or wife privileges or chance of them again. Cuz yes like you said it’s already toxic due to their character. This is common in women and I have experienced it several times over the years.

Almost 3 months and she hasn't contacted me at all, for unknown reasons she sent me an early halloween card filled with love and thought she'd change her mind. Sent a letter out, it came back unopened. Ain't gonna reach out to her again until she considers coming back.

After 3 months and a week of no contact, he comented on my March 8th post " happy Woman's Day!" Me: thanks, and he reacted with a red heart . Nothing else from both of us.
104 days … after he requested me on FB and after I admitted to Love. He has been deleted and no contact at all since 09/06/23. I’m content and no longer think about him like I use to.
The two primary drivers made so much sense. Her parents did not approve of us because of the age difference (I'm 40, she's 26) and they're very traditional. It makes sense that it would be more painful for her to be with me if it caused disappointment with her parents. Sucks but it helps to understand this.

Cold man, I feel your pain. Although we lasted 3 weeks, we only saw each other for 2 weekends as we live separately. She actually reached out last Friday night, just casually asked if I'm okay and that she's wanted to call me but hasn't. Complete head f**k.

Gotta have an attitude like we met for the first time: I've let her do 100% of the relationship work up to a point where she already thought about giving up :D now I am the one hurting. Yeah, this sukcs. But be assured: your next girl is already out there not knowing it what a great guy you are. This thought keeps me sane now and then :)

I can confirm that I was in more pain than happy at the time. I felt like the communication was lacking and I told him 3 times how it made me feel. 😞 I didn’t feel like he took me seriously. That was our only issue. It was the most painful decision to make. It wasn’t easy. I wanted to work things out but he didn’t want to.

Last Thursday I went to a lounge/bar for my friend’s birthday. My ex was the DJ there. When I walked by the DJ booth he said hi. The DJ booth sits up high. My friend said he was looking at me the whole time and he sees me having fun and everyone speaking to me. The 2nd DJ takes over and my ex walked by and touched my hand and said hey baby.. I said hi..
fast forward.. my friend and I were walking towards the back to say hi to the birthday guy. As I was walking my ex grabbed my hand and hugged me and said don’t act like we are strangers.. he asked how I’m doing.. we talked a little bit. He told me it hurt him for us to break up but we both had a lot going on and we were stressing each other out. He told me that he was going to call me the next day so we can talk.
He text me the next day and told me it was good seeing me. I told him it was good seeing him as well.

If you think the purpose of no contact is to win your ex back, you've missed the point. No contact is for the self, not for the other person.
That’s true, if it was short term than there wasn’t enough time to create a strong emotional bond, any dependancy, memories, real and honest love, you didn’t grow together and you never went through and supported them in hard times. All these things pull on their heart in no contact, in time they’ll miss you and reflect on the positive qualities.
In a short term relationship if you’re fighting or it’s not working than walk, because if you can’t get along and work in the honeymoon phase it’ll never work - I had a 2 year honeymoon phase with my ex, it was easy and nothing but bliss and chemistry. That’s the difference.

Didn't work for me. She monkey branch back in late feb. Beg , cry, march and april. I went no contact after that. She reaches out june. Been a roller coaster.. she comes and goes, goes by to the new guy ghost me. Every damn month.

I'm the one who actually walked away, because it got so bad to he point every time I got in the bed, she went and slept on the couch. After 3months of that I called quits.

Hey coach. What about no contact after a 2nd breakup with same person? She broke up with me back in January bc after about 9 months together she thought we should have been in love and didn't think we were going to get there. I expressed how I felt gave her time then nagged a bit she was sure at least 4 times it wasn't going to work then I went no contact and after 11 days she reached out then a week later told me she didn't think it was over for us. We got back together beginning of April and it was amazing for 7 months. Fell in love within 3 months and were building something special. Then a group trip (5 couples) to Nashville in early November didn't go well for us. I got very aggravated with her snoring and bailed on one nighttime activity bc I didn't feel well and she turned that into "we're not compatible " and some other ridiculous stuff and ended it 2 days after the trip which was only a 3 day trip?? So abrupt no signs before the trip that things were not great but she said "didn't you feel me pulling away?" She is bad at communicating and I think when she thought we might be it for each other that she got scared and came up with reasons why it won't work. I reached out a few times after this breakup but have been in no contact for 10 days. She told me no hope but the last time she said basically the same thing 5 times. Do I give up or hold out hope? I love your videos. It’s been 3 days since I went no contact with my boyfriend of 6 months. A couple of times he’s taken a rude tone with me and I don’t like it. He can be mean. Well you raised your voice at him and he was booking a flight for you for you which seems like a loving reason. He might see this in a different perspective. I personally think you are both in the wrong for the simple fact of arguing. You shouldnt raise your voice and it can be perceived your making a situation out of nothing. Coach my ex and i had a rough breakup and we both blocked eachother on whatsapp, and about two weeks ago, he unblocked me, but i left him blocked 🚫 if he really wanted to communicate he can get creative, i know that for a fact. My BF moved out 2 months ago. Since we have been dating long distance, he moved in with his mom and we are 1 Hr away. He argue a lot and we see each other very little. He ended it about 2 weeks ago.
