So we said, if Emirates/Etihad/Singapore are top of the Premier League, who are still Premier League but lower down. He came back with a couple of choices and we selected China Southern Airlines. Saved £1500? Again, our thoughts - no chauffeur collection and delivery both ends. With the money we saved, we could easily organise private taxis - lounges. Turbofan Jet Engines with hundreds of thousands of pounds of thrust, that's how it flies. For my engineering degree I had to learn exactly how these things work and let me tell you it is unbelievable how powerful the engines on airplanes are.
In addition to the engines and the force of thrust there is the force of lift which is caused by the shape of the wings creating a high presure under the wing and a low pressure above the wing. the pressure goes from hight to low so this will cause the airplane to lift of the ground.
LAX is getting crazy crowded again! Love that walking tunnel to the new terminal. The Emirates lounge in LAX is much nicer than other lounges. First class service was excellent
Another great video Sam, more than anything though it was great to see the airport looking more like an airport again and less like an abandoned plane hangar. Hopefully ill be back flying again next year after cancelling out holiday twice already, London Gatwick to Mauritius with British Airways in Business Class, cant wait!

That take off was rather tame compared to the ones I have been exposed to. Usually, take offs are quite brutal. The little you showed of it taking off looked exceedingly smooth.
Good to see luxury making its way back to the world!
DITTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sam’s content is just such good quality, it’s outstanding! Keep up the amazing videos!
really? its getting worse i think...
Sam, you allways find the way to make us enjoy your flights with you instead of only envy your lucky work. Thanks for all the humanity sense you share.
Loved this! Brought back memories of my last first class flights on Emirates. Will be doing the same route LAX - DXB hopefully sometime next year and can't wait. Thanks Sam!
He is always really lovely & respectful to the staff.
Nice to see Thando 5:34 - Proudly South African. Nice video Sam.
It's literally like being a king! Maybe once in my life I'll fly Emirates first class. Maybe... If I can afford it one day. Looks amazing!!!
It still amazes me how such heavy machinery gets off the ground. I still don’t want to know how it works. Hope to get on one of these one day!
The engines. U know what, the greatest invention is not the aircraft, it's the electric motor.
I just looked it up and it costs £10,000-16,000 for a return trip 😱 looks amazing but you'd expect it to be for that!
LAX is getting crazy crowded again! Love that walking tunnel to the new terminal. The Emirates lounge in LAX is much nicer than other lounges. First class service was excellent
Crew and pilots are always showing most respect for first class, but still, I like when you're doing trip reports Sam) Nice video!
I wish to be a frequent flyer so that crews will recognize me everytime just like Sam 😊😌
Another great video Sam, more than anything though it was great to see the airport looking more like an airport again and less like an abandoned plane hangar. Hopefully ill be back flying again next year after cancelling out holiday twice already, London Gatwick to Mauritius with British Airways in Business Class, cant wait!
It was splendid but without my family, i will always feel that some fun is missing!
You're so polite to everyone. You truly would be the best customer for anyone to attend to.
Flew Emirates from Melbourne to Manchester,UK in 2018 in economy on A380..fantastic service,if we ever get out of lockdown here, will definitely be booking Emirates again. Thank you Sam for giving us a great look at Emirates First Class..we can only dream haha.
Amazing to see that everything is getting back to normal! Very nice experience to travel in first class with such a plane!! I wish I could fly like you Sam soon!!
Normal? It looked like a goddamn flying hospital. What a disgrace.
Loved that funny little intro!
Thank you. Took our editor 2 days to make it!
I just spent a chunk of my savings to experience Emirates A380 1st myself from london to Sydney and it was amazing. Nothing was underwhelming about the experience. The classy Chauffeur either side of the journey was just the icing on the cake and ensured absolutely no part of the entire journey was not relaxing. I probably drunk several hundred pounds worth of alcohol im sure! Door to door luxury with emirates and a life long bucket list ticked!
Can i ask you what you pay for it?
Dang i dont think thats a wise spending lmao
@@salmonie depends on what you prioritize in life
Sheeeeesh, that is a crazy plane! Awesome staff so beautiful! Amazing video.
Sam you make wonderful videos!
It’s really good to see the A380 flying again… what an aircraft!
Definitely
@Elias Boudinot what about Remdisivir?
We all know that when Sam refers to "Home" he's talking about a first class flight.
Exactly
I didnt know 😂 i confused haha
Sam has been worked in Dubai for many years before.
Wow, I’ve always loved airplane meals, I can have it bottomless if my carriers permitted. If I ever fly emirates first, you’ll know who cleaned out the kitchen!!
I can only dream of flying first class. I only get to experience it by watching your amazing videos. Awesomeness!
Nicely made Mr. Chui. Loved it :)
Ahhh, loved seeing the improvements made to my hometown airport, LAX! Much of the construction happening there is for the new train going into there which is exciting as it’ll connect to the Metro.
Yes, can't wait to see when all the construction finishes. LAX has to live up among all the competitions.
@@SamChui agreed! Great video btw.
omg i still have some trauma from the one time i had to call an uber at lax... i'm so happy to hear there will be proper public transport access soon, that's awesome.
There's no denying it, the A380 is an iconic aircraft.
This was my last flight precovid last January on Emirates... took the exact same flight ✈️ and even saw the Northern lights on this flight... so nostalgic watching this 😊 thanks for sharing Sam.
Can I borrow $100
@@BannedPhotoshop me too
It's the best A380 review I've ever watchced!
Enjoyed that tripreport so much...best Emirates 1st class coverage so far. Loved the food...
Sam: make me a mock-tail
Bartender: yeah, true
😆
I didn’t hear him properly!! 🙄 🤣
15:47 The best part of this video ! Love from Bangladesh . Your all videos are calming and enjoyable .
When are you going to fly on Biman Bangladesh airlines again . Sam is the best !!
@@alanarimurti9322 hello bro
I love Bvlgari!!! Best perfumes :) The flight crew seemed awesome. I hate flying so I only fly on RUclips. LOL. Thanks for the flight!
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs
God bless you sam.. I see love in this video. ❤️
Answer is always yes!!! Emirates are just Epic 🏴👍🏻
I’m still trying to get enough money to fly on my first business class living the life cheers
He’s living life because he doesn’t pay fir this lol
I cooked lunch from home for an entire year and paid for my first business class trip I repeated this from 2010-13. Loved it 🥰
@@PilotDom777 Emirates is financing him to fly mostly especially with first class
Focus on points. Never pay for first class with cash
@@KarimTVSOMALIA Wait guys, how to get Emirates to finance to fly first class? I definitely missed out!
Don't assume I make a video because of that. It is for my audience and I will go on any airline that is of interest to make a vlog for my channel. Period
Take this fact: Emirates don't pay for my flights. Period
I love the ending, cool montages with the best airlines songs. Never fail to give a goosebumps. I miss Emirates, I wish I could fly again with Emirates 🇲🇾
6:36 Whenever I look at take off of a plane it saddens me. As a kid I wanted to experience an aeroplane journey and used to dream of experiencing a take off. But I never sat on a plane until I was 24 years old. I just grew out of that dream. Though I enjoyed the take off I was disappointed the younger me couldn't enjoy that experience.
Beautiful Video Sam. ❤ how did the cologne spray smell? Oh that steak 10:03 looked absolutely amazing bravo to the chef 👏
It's 5:28 in MD and I'm working, came across your video and really enjoyed it.Just subscribed to your channel.
