100% true this company SUCKS, mine worked for 2 weeks then quit 54 miles. For 1 month i fought With this sorry company to send me a new battery. Because the battery wasn't good. Then they stoped responding completely. So I called my credit card company to get a refund. This is a horrible company. Stay away from it. They think nobody can touch them because they're in China.

@@Electric196 I ordered the AOVO Pro instead, I heard there pretty good and they have solid tires so that means no punchers. It goes 15mph but there’s ways to unlock it. I got it if Amazon and it’s coming Wednesday for £219.99. I’ll let ya know how it is !!

They freaking suck I crashed my scooter a few months back and tried to purchase a replacement part to fix it and get it back running. I have yet to get a response for three months straight. They just sit around and ignore you and straight take your money. This company is garbage.
Same thing, I ask to return, cause the same the I got it the motor broke, when I said broke I mean it actually broke into pieces by me just going over a little bump, they didn't want to accept the return even tho it had 1 year warranty
I bought one from them and I thought it was refurbished because the front wheel is warped and they were the worst they sent a replacement but it took a month very bad customer service I agree ! I bought another one and it was new it had so many different parts like the bottoms were square not round so I definitely got some old stuff them I got a new one it’s great I sent the other one back so hopefully they don’t give it to somebody else but they definitely have sun shaft character’s working there in my opinion ❤❤❤❤❤

Unfortunately, I'm reading tons of people having the same problem. Defective batteries. Wheel bearings locking up and other problems. If I was you, I would immediately cancel it.
I have a g2 max im thinking its one of the toughest kugoo kirin ever build i see lots of videos praising it on RUclips, mine is 129 Miles and still strong is this a good model pls reply me
I don't think any of their scooter is good. I do think the g2 max has a stronger build but if it do get damaged just know they probably won't respond to u like they did me and other people in the comments
No they haven't so stop defending, to this day I still haven't gotten a reply, I sent emails, text on Instagram Facebook RUclips and their official site but they still haven't answered and still leaving me on delivered on instead, I wouldn't call that improving, especially since I had a 1 year warranty at the time

The warranty don't mean c*** It's supposed to have a 1 year warranty.My battery lasted fo 25 miles then stopped, they refused to replace it.

How much time had you been riding it before issues started to pop up?
The same day I got it I went for a ride and I hit a little bump on the sidewalk and the whole motor broke, I literally explained it all in the video
