I've been having such a hard time with the story mode in this game even after switching to easy mode, and that fact that I picked the Crown Vic might be why 😅I had assumed that the cars would be on relatively equal footing and somehow managed to pick the worst one lol. I don't want to restart though because I spent literally hours making a wrap for it that I'm absolutely in love with. The game's just straight up unforgiving and I keep managing to scrape together just barely enough money to upgrade one part at a time. I want to love this game so much, between the realistic-ish graphics for the world and cars and the cartoony drivers and effects, and there's a lot of really cool ideas in there with the day/night mechanics and limited restarts and having to bank your earnings. It's just so damn hard even on easy when I'm winning like $300 a race on average because I find myself going from like 2nd place to 6th place in the last stretch ALL THE TIME. I know the loading screen tip says something like "If you're earning money, you're winning" but it really just doesn't feel like I am. TBH I liked the game better in the prologue when I had a solid car and funds to spare on cosmetic upgrades and clothes and didn't have to worry about micromanaging stats without the spare income to experiment first. I had chose the eclipse actually mainly based off the AWD factor and it seemed to have pretty solid stats. But I just started playing a few days ago and there was an EA play thing it made me sign up for so I got some free cars. So this is my dedicated B tier car (I’m in first week just hanging out glitching Friday) and I keep the fair lady for a tier take overs, I keep a r32 for everything else a tier and my main (both were free.)

I have really really really tried to like this game so much. I have played hour's online and offline, it just doesn't click like older NFS games, I don't think I've ever had such a terrible experience adjusting to a NFS game (cough cough NFS the run). Driving in this game is not fun at all, the cars feel heavy and clunky, it handles like a mobile game. Besides compared to heat this game is a drag, no replay value at all. (unpopular opinion heats map and open world looks better) (Heats driving physics are god level next to unbound) I'm a 90s girl I started out with NFS high stakes on the ps1. Then the ps2 NFS hp2, mw2005, carbon, I possibly played over 5,000+ hours each religiously as a teen Fucking hell I played & enjoyed NFS rivals, 2015 & heat. I fucking adore heat personally it's my go to game weekly Unbound 52 hours in I'm done, can't stand it, deleted it, and returned to my NFS HEAT, possibly the last great NFS game. Unbound-criterion flops again, bring back Ghost games
i used the crown vic because of the topspeed. same thing with that aswell to much hp to get away from the cops. i dont recommend the gtr you get from week 3 in the grand top speed is whack. used the crown vic till the 3rd tier. like the vid thanks for checking it all out for us !
hopped in the game recently because of a sale. thanks for all the info! even though i never really use it its fun to just learn more about the game in general. still gonna stick to using my G1 1984 deco bumblebee VW Beetle to smoke some AI in story mode :D
I am using the Subaru BRZ which has gotten me to week 3 with no problems. Using it mostly to grip corners, but can still drift with a kinda grippy setup. I got the Exige as a reward, and use it as my A+ car, but it really struggle with low top speeds on long straights. If I could do it over, I would not be using the Exige, as it loses on these kinds of races, and also have quite a hard time in driftig events (I only have this one A+ car for driftig as of writing) 🤣 Love the game though, and I am very surprised about that 😁
I've already gotten to the 2nd qualifier and now have a ferrari because the 302 sucks at higher teir races because it won't grip up on corners and the boost wont cover it. But I like your content and i'm glad to know I chose the best car because I thought it looked the coolest
I went with the Eclipse, first because it’s one of my favorite cars of all time, 2 It’s been a while since I’ve seen the Eclipse GSX in a NFS game, and 3, that Robocar body kit is on point 👌🏻👌🏻
Yea I came on here to see what others think of the eclipse because I started over the game from scratch I choose the mustang at the time my problem was how difficult it is to win races because I like the challenge of playing on hard mode but It was too much and the drifting was a bit challenging to handle no joke but am glad I choose the eclipse also idk if it’s an update but I saw that I can change the difficulty level or maybe I wasn’t so interested that I didn’t realize I could’ve changed it all along
I got the Subaru thinking it would be the most balanced choice. After watching this i feel like i couldnt be more wrong... well at least i just got the Exige :')

I appreciate the help but you win so many cars throughout the story that it doesn't matter what you start in. I was happy af to get rid of the crown Vic though. I was like gah damn, I picked a boat.
Man i wish i saw your video before i started i chose the crown vic man! Was i struggling i restarted it and got the fairlady and man its going good! Thank you!
Militia can you please do a in depth comparison of NFS HEAT vs NFS UNBOUND i have yet to see someone make a video on that topic
Fr no one made a video on it!!
I chose the eclipse just on how it looks and because it’s a car I wanted in real life and I’ve enjoyed it a lot throughout the campaign
(unpopular opinion heats map and open world looks better) (Heats driving physics are god level next to unbound)
I'm a 90s girl I started out with NFS high stakes on the ps1. Then the ps2 NFS hp2, mw2005, carbon, I possibly played over 5,000+ hours each religiously as a teen
Fucking hell I played & enjoyed NFS rivals, 2015 & heat. I fucking adore heat personally it's my go to game weekly
Unbound 52 hours in I'm done, can't stand it, deleted it, and returned to my NFS HEAT, possibly the last great NFS game.
I have a 2013 Boss 302 so yeah my choice was made but thanks for the video...I was curious about the firebird!
I dont have unbound yet but when I do ill look back to this video
hopped in the game recently because of a sale. thanks for all the info! even though i never really use it its fun to just learn more about the game in general. still gonna stick to using my G1 1984 deco bumblebee VW Beetle to smoke some AI in story mode :D
I'll keep this in mind for when I replay the game's campaign. I hope we can reset our progress without resetting our multiplayer
I am using the Subaru BRZ which has gotten me to week 3 with no problems. Using it mostly to grip corners, but can still drift with a kinda grippy setup.
I got the Exige as a reward, and use it as my A+ car, but it really struggle with low top speeds on long straights. If I could do it over, I would not be using the Exige, as it loses on these kinds of races, and also have quite a hard time in driftig events (I only have this one A+ car for driftig as of writing) 🤣
Love the game though, and I am very surprised about that 😁
I've already gotten to the 2nd qualifier and now have a ferrari because the 302 sucks at higher teir races because it won't grip up on corners and the boost wont cover it. But I like your content and i'm glad to know I chose the best car because I thought it looked the coolest
Thanks a lot. It'll definitely help me when I purchase the game.
I went with the Eclipse, first because it’s one of my favorite cars of all time, 2 It’s been a while since I’ve seen the Eclipse GSX in a NFS game, and 3, that Robocar body kit is on point 👌🏻👌🏻
I remember in midnight club when you could smack pedestrians and send them flying into the distance
using only the starter na Miata on my current playthrough. from B to S+ babyyyy
Are used the eclipse throughout the entire game. I’m not going to lie, but the GSX is really good for drifting and on the road.
I took Civic then after i finished 1 and half weeks I bought old NSX, and after that when I finished another week I got Huracan and im still using it
I’m rocking the Boss 302 just because of what it is
Same lmao
Keep it going !!
Love your break downs !!
For me the Firebird worjed just fine. I took it to A class then i unlocked the Audi s5 in volume 6 and that's been the car I've been using
Cool and all but you forgot one thing.
The Beetle is the coolest of the bunch.
i bought the eclipse because it had the highest rating available (B-123 i guess) and safe to say i dont regret it
I might restart my campaign then. The BRZ isn't doing much...
i used the eclipse, im on week 3 right now and its great
Wish I'd watched this before I chose the damn Crown Vic... talk about a ROUGH ASS START lolol
Fairlady is a great race car but also I can take it to a takeover and do great without changing anything
I choose the 240Z and it's been pretty good for the most part.
The lotus is crazy good
Great video ! Try the VW Beetle !!!
I should've chosen the MX5 but I chose the BRZ and had to dump about 400k in the slowbaru. At least it looked good loosing.
Haha. I love John Wick and I love the Mustang Boss. Cant believe based on data, that car was a right pick. John Wick knows his shit.
Nice video, keep it up
Great video. I like all the points you added. I have subscribed. I am not liking need for speed unbound right now . I have played since the beginning but this one is strange. I will try the bos 302 and see. Thanks again
I have the 98’ Ford Mustang, but I’ve been struggling in the second qualifier 🤧
Love the tip, help me out a lot ❤️ 💯
didnt expect i picked a right choice... but mainly i picked the 240Z cause of the Wangan Midnight anime...
I would love for you to do an in depth video of placing cars in their best class and what to upgrade. Boss 302 is my favorite car in the game and I don’t know where to put it
Noted!
@@MilitiaGamingCommunity WOAH A RESPONSE WOW… um I’d like to thank my mother for telling me to stop watching so much RUclips and myself for never listening.
I started with the fire bird i liked it at first but than started hating it & since im a huge fan of Subaru fan i bought all 3 of the subie’s & the higher priced lancer at the end of week 2 !
Tnx for your good video bro ♥️💫
This place probably is in every game since GTA III 0:38 and is one for watchdogs - RX-8 could be that car.
