thanks this helped pretty fast my phone stopped getting so hot. i limited my phone to 2 background processes at a time i hope this will reduce the heating issue for good.

Permanent.
Heat dmg is permanent meaning it would deteriorate and gets worse. You cant revert that but you can definitely slow it down by letting it run on normal temperatures.

That 'No background process' setting does work but it resets back to Standard every time I restart, any solutions to prevent this?
It's a default option thus it reverts back when u restart. No other option but to repeat the process
