I had no epidural with mine either. Its not THAT bad and the very moment your baby is born the pain is completely gone! Its amazing and i’d do it again if i were young.

I’m 38 weeks and 1 day been having contraction from morning . I don’t now if it’s real or Braxton hocks but it’s painful . And it’s more painful when I lay down. I start seeing milk coming from my breast and today is the first time I’m seeing it
I had 4 babies and 3 unmediated. All back labor each time but I think my twins were the worst of the labor. All my contractions were all in my back and right hip.
12:58 fun fact, when you’re getting emotional it’s usually because all the hormones In your body. No human on earth has as many natural hormones coursing them than a mother in labor. When those emotions hit you know active labor is near, if not already predominant. 🩷 learned this in birthing a duola training. Along with the shakes, vomiting and cold feet. All super common right before baby makes their appearance 😘☺️ I know I had all of those things.
