It will but the x2 doesn’t have sharpness control so you will see much more noise in low light. Because on x3 you can turn off sharpness, there is less noticeable noise and grain

Thanks for the video! Honestly, the low light footage from 0:15 to 1:46 comes out as very dark was hoping to figure out a way where the black part of footage can be more visible... I know the Insta360 x3 doesn't do well in low light, was watching this video to see if there was anything you can do in video editing to make it look better...
The environment was pretty dark itself so I think it’s fairly representative of what I was seeing in real life. If I increased the ISO then I think the highlights would blow out. So you’ll need to chose between more brightness or more darkness. I could of probably removed some shadows but I kept the footage unedited so everyone can see what it looks like straight out of camera 👍🏽

Most of them are ISO 400, the globe and spinning light one are ISO 1600. There is no GoPro plugin for resolve but I believe there is something similar called karta vr
Mmm Final Cut Pro if you have a Mac. But I only know premiere pro and GoPro fx reframe plugin which can do the smooth keyframes effect for smooth cinematic shots

If you plan to perform in front of the camera on a monopod then 1-inch 360 will be better for cleaner result. But x3 will be a fun camera for casual use as well on holiday etc

Need to judge the exposure at the event but fireworks will be very similar settings to this video. Start with 1/120 shutter and iso 400, then crank up the iso if you need to!
People are complaining about the "DYNAMIC RANGE" of the X3. That's where this small censor camera fails in low light. Either dark or light, but never in the middle.

how can you best save these settings into the camera? the manual is not very clear about this
You can save the low lights settings as a preset. Then you can tap the preset button to quickly change settings👍🏽.
