The T-34's are my favorite tanks in the game, they combine: Great Mobility Decent/Trolly Armor Surprisingly Good Firepower Into 1 vehicle, I've gotten game where I wasn't even paying full attention and got 4 - 6 kills. Lovely Vehicle, great content.
there is a reason why most t-34 vets from WW2 say to keep on the move. the t-34 is rather garbage due to its crummy armor and low survivability but its main advantage is the angles. usually, you never want to stop moving unless you have to, and learning how to fire on the move in a t-34 is a useful skill to learn. "comrade if you keep moving while angled they cant hit weak spot tovarish." also just learning to stay discreet and inconspicuous also helps lol.

Actually AMX-13-90 is pretty bad vehicle, because of that HEAT shell. Don't you dare to say that I'm hater, because Phrench is my 2nd most played nation in WT and beside AMX-13 being a cool vehicle... AMX-13-90 isn't so well... Well... It isn't that bad as that AMX-13 T6 with APC and with missiles (XD) but still... Not so well. There are definitely better Phrench vehicles to play to.
When you're playing the T-34, every enemy seems to become braindead, and your chance to ricochet increases by 75% just by wiggling your hull. Speaking from personal experience, literally just minutes ago.
Incredible footage of a tractor with a gun called T 34 being operated by one of the best Soviet commanders destroying 6 tanks from different nations, something very strange to see
phli just a bit of a tip, if you are behind a shootable wall, just aim your big circle right in the middle of the enemy and the gun circle will automatically aim at that spot, its quite OP in a map like abandon factory, so you dont need to be scared of shooting trough a wall anymore phly.
This used to be super op and effective, but I think They changed it in recent updates. Now on longer ranges, the big circle doesn't have the same path as the gun from behind a wall(so when you shoot, you shoot way off above them and miss competely). However there is a trick to make it work like "old days" ... but I think I wanna keep it to myself since it is not well known 😅😁😁

It’s funny because I’ve been wanting to do a War Thunder series called “Killing every plane with every plane” where I dedicate one long video to a specific plane (starting from top to bottom) and doing a quickly transitioning montage of every plane getting shot down by said plane. Ex. P-26A-33 shoots down EVERY PLANE (And it would be a montage of the kill moments in a p-26 on every plane)

Was struggling with 7.7 USA decided to take a break and try out Russia got to 4.0 and haven’t looked back. Probably the best lineup in the entire game for 4.0 yakp t34 1942 kv1
I wasn’t used to playing Russian, even more than T-34, when I started playing, I realized that it’s very cool, now I’m upping the whole line of T-34s, and KV-1, I’m arriving at T-34- 85, and KV-85 :)
Favorite tank in the game. I have well over 2000 kills with the T-34 1942. Have used it to grind all the way to 7.0 without ever playing a match higher than 3.7.
How did you get away with research efficiency? You must have getting like 600 rp per game if you were reseaching too high of a rank vehicle like example rank 3 can't research rank 5 as efficient as rank 4 I call bs that you researched up to 7.0 with only T-34 1942 ... i did how ever with T-34-85 at 5.3 i literally skipped IS-2's and KV-2 hell even KV-1 zis5
@@kajmak64bit76 Literally hundreds of games, high kill counts for each. Thousands of kills. I've done a handful of higher level games just to try out the new tanks I get, but get less than a dozen kills with each before I get bored and go back to 3.7.

T-54 time was a bit suffering probably because i had to go trough all 3 of T-54s and then IS-3 and BMP-1 just to unlock Rank 6 ... ( i had to research i think ASU-57 xd because i didn't play that line so i spent A LOT OF time in Rank 5 ... but i luckily did some golden wagers and got free gold and i got 7 days of premium and then i literally no lifed the game and had really great fun and researched 2 T-54s... IS-3 and BMP-1 and then went on up to T-72B in just 7 days xD
Hi Phly! How about a video detailing your controls and setup? Hotas? Mouse and keyboard only? You don't seem to need the third person to look around corners very often: you tend to just inch out and maybe use the zoomed view a little and that's all. Show us how your setup works and how you like to control if you would be so kind! Also any opinions on track ir and now advanced setups even if you don't just them would be fun to hear. Anyway thanks for all of the great videos!
It's an absolute beast of a tank, probably too much of a beast, maybe it should be uptiered to 4.0, the turret is almost impenetrable and a ridiculous bouncing hull, even for the high speed gun of the panzer IV F2
Hull down is when you position your tank to where only the turret is visible. This makes it much harder to destroy your tank, as there is a smaller target, just your turret.
When I was a in CBT for ground forces the T34s were insanely good. I still have an insane K/D with them. I was getting 5+ kills easy with it back in the day but its a lot more balanced now
Hi Phly I really think you should make a video on the LS 3 (German reserve boat). It has amazingly firepower and as it is so small is really hard to kill when combined with its speed and manuverability Attempt 3

Positions maybe you don't know were to go and you go through with obvious pushes and get one tapped.

What I do is I break the wall first by ramming then fire immediately which still works

The t34 has a spot that can bounce the top APFSDS round in the game on the turret. Also, Russian APHEBC still has broken slope modifiers.
