Poor Princess Diana they absolutely hounded her. She tried so hard to protect her sons. It's no wonder Harry went a bit off the rails in his teenage years because loosing his mother so young had a huge affect on both of the brothers but William's personality helped him to deal with things differently and also meeting Catherine helped keep him grounded because she's so level headed.
Both of them are like Diana in different ways. William has her humanity with the Queens sense of duty and Harry has her need for freedom and Philips out spokeness. Neither of them are bad people, they are simply destined from different lives. One day William will be King and Harry has nothing of that weight to keep him tied down and in check.

I really felt for William at uni. Although the press left him alone whilst there, they hacked his mobile. As a result, William was left believing several of his friends had spoken to the paparazzi to tip them off about where he was and what he was doing. He took the action we all would. He dropped those friends. He apparently feels very guilty about that. The press have been responsible for his lack of trust in people that were eminently trust worthy. So yes, even in what could be considered the smallest ways, the press have adversely effected how he views everyone in his life.

I watched Princess Diana's wedding and happily awaited the births and watched both these boys grow up and I have prayed for and rooted for them both all the way. This was a very well done tribute, still with pangs of sadness, but very respectfully done.

I love King Charles. He really does care about people... he visted my town in St. John's Newfoundland, Canada literally about 3 months ago or less and he was so genuine and fiendly. He spoke with the Indigeionous Peoples face to face and had Redbul and pizza with just us Newfies.. it was so cool. Camilla and him complement eachother so nicely too. Diana will never be forgotten, but I think people need to remember that there were other people that got their lives shattered beyond what any member of the public can imagine when she passed... so we should just be kind and treat everyone the way we would want to be treated. William is gorgeous!! Also very intelligent and has humility as can be seen during his one year living and working in the midst of extreme poverty in Chili all while serving and learning to cook, do laundry for himself and his cabin mates. His choice of a wife has proven perfect and their children are absolutely the cutest!! Kate is a wonderful wife and Mother who is very respected and admired. The press did not kill Dianna, their behaviour was awful definitely but Dianna also used the press when she wanted them. Her death was caused by a drunken driver and the fact she was not wearing a seat belt. Her death was heartbreaking, she was so loved whether she kept her titles or not. Everyone will always love her but it is doing Harry no good to keep blaming only the press.
To be honest they both died because they were not wearing seat belts, but a detective already solved the case of what happened, he showed how another car side swiped them from behind and caused the driver to lose control and crash, he even tracked down the other driver, I don't know why you guys have never seen the documentary, it was really interesting and seemed very believable
@@ImtiredofUok Sorry but a Fiat Uno weighing 1500 to 2000lbs would not have caused a 4500-5000lb Wide wheelbased Mercedes S-280 with the added weight of 4 individuals to drive into a support pillar but what could cause this is once Diana's driver realised he merged against the Fiat he over corrected towards the pillars and the weight of that mercedes was shifted suddenly to the left at a high speed and it didnt matter what he did to try and correct it the laws of physics will not be denied. I have to say though that was a very well put together documentary they just lose me at the Fiat Uno did it. The physics dont match. I really don't understand the astounding negativity of British media towards the Royals. It's such a missed opportunity to pass up the joyous moments like the photo attached to this RUclips entry which shows the two boys with the cutest and most most authentic expressions of a moment's happiness. Both Charles and Diane's children have turned out to be wonderful young men and their children and wives are the lucky resipinates of the legacy that Diana passed on to the boys. Nobody can ever diminish that she showed her children. That's why we can be happy that William will become king one day. I will never believe that this is not what Meghan Markle wanted. Per her childhood friend, she was obsessed with Diana, and I really think that she wanted to be a Diana 2.0, which included being "hounded" by the press. It's easy for us to say Yes or No, but at the end of the day the two boys have the last say - they are in full control of their life. The Oldest child ALWAYS has it harder. (I’m the baby in my family) They have to grow up faster, be responsible sooner, set examples, represent first, teach the younger ones and always step aside and lose baby status when the second child comes along. That is why they tend to be more mature and think before acting (most of the time) Harry has had a freedom Will doesn’t have, and (as it seems) thrown that in Wills face. William had done a good job. He isn’t perfect, but he certainly has honour, does his duty and has committed to a life of service. He will be a good King. I do think Charles forever lived in Diana’s shadow. It’s a pity he never loved her the way she loved him. You can’t fight true love. And regardless of what anyone of us thinks, he did try with Diana, but he was in love with Camilla. You cannot hide it or fake it or force yourself to love someone else. It wasn’t right what he did to her. But he did what was expected and that was the problem. He was forced to make a choice and Camilla was taboo so he made “the right choice”. It’s sad that no one can empathise with him. The pressure must’ve been crazy. Diana was the jewel 💎 (as is the Queen) and she did deserve better. But she finally found love before her death. It’s so sad. I reckon Charles lives with the guilt of her every day of his life. But if he had chosen Camilla, those boys wouldn’t be who they are. And our future king wouldn’t have the influence she brought to them. Charles is 100% Harry’s father. You can see it when you look at them both now. Harry unfortunately needed more time with his mum. It’s is evident now with how he behaves. Sad.
Harry is angry with his dad. First his mom dies and then he had to hear things like Charles isn't his dad. His dad wasn't that warm like his mom and he also had to listen and read how the world blamed Charles for his mother's death. He also had to deal with the fact that his father broke his mother's heart. William is dealing with the same pain just in another way, Harry has always worn his heart on his sleeve and he has never worked things out with his dad. Meghan has filled the hole his mom left, that is what the world doesn't understand. The difference is Catherine came from a stable family and she and her family brought a stability to William. Meghan came from a broken family herself, she could not do the same for Harry because she has issues herself. They are fuelling each other.

William isn't the first to change a subject while in college or university they are growing learning what they want and are good at. This is normal changeing subjects, so he had every right to do it I get mad when people make a big thing over this, every single boy man, girl or woman is entitled to choose what they want. I am sure diana is so proud of her boys, she will be unhappy with what harry and his wife are doing. "Prisoners of celebrity" does not seem like a recipe for happiness. Nothing wrong with saying "I didn't choose this life and I choose to leave it while I am still young enough to enjoy my life and be a positive force for my child." The problem with monarchy is the belief that if everyone doesn't drink the koolaid then the whole thing will collapse. Even the Queen who has been a paragon of duty and self-sacrifice has made decisions for "the monarchy" which were cruel and lacking in compassion. They were made to protect the institution by sacrificing the people.

I really felt for William at uni. Although the press left him alone whilst there, they hacked his mobile. As a result, William was left believing several of his friends had spoken to the paparazzi to tip them off about where he was and what he was doing. He took the action we all would. He dropped those friends. He apparently feels very guilty about that. The press have been responsible for his lack of trust in people that were eminently trust worthy. So yes, even in what could be considered the smallest ways, the press have adversely effected how he views everyone in his life.

I love King Charles. He really does care about people... he visted my town in St. John's Newfoundland, Canada literally about 3 months ago or less and he was so genuine and fiendly. He spoke with the Indigeionous Peoples face to face and had Redbul and pizza with just us Newfies.. it was so cool. Camilla and him complement eachother so nicely too. Diana will never be forgotten, but I think people need to remember that there were other people that got their lives shattered beyond what any member of the public can imagine when she passed... so we should just be kind and treat everyone the way we would want to be treated. The press did not kill Dianna, their behaviour was awful definitely but Dianna also used the press when she wanted them. Her death was caused by a drunken driver and the fact she was not wearing a seat belt. Her death was heartbreaking, she was so loved whether she kept her titles or not. Everyone will always love her but it is doing Harry no good to keep blaming only the press.
To be honest they both died because they were not wearing seat belts, but a detective already solved the case of what happened, he showed how another car side swiped them from behind and caused the driver to lose control and crash, he even tracked down the other driver, I don't know why you guys have never seen the documentary, it was really interesting and seemed very believable

I have to say though that was a very well put together documentary they just lose me at the Fiat Uno did it. The physics dont match. I really don't understand the astounding negativity of British media towards the Royals. It's such a missed opportunity to pass up the joyous moments like the photo attached to this RUclips entry which shows the two boys with the cutest and most most authentic expressions of a moment's happiness. I will never believe that this is not what Meghan Markle wanted. Per her childhood friend, she was obsessed with Diana, and I really think that she wanted to be a Diana 2.0, which included being "hounded" by the press. Meghan appears to love PR despite feigning that she wants her privacy! Her recent trips to deliver food in LA to the elderly is just one example. All those pictures allegedly were taken in a 4 hour day and they were photographed by hired photographers. Diana didn't have to call out the photographers. It's easy for us to say Yes or No, but at the end of the day the two boys have the last say - they are in full control of their life. Both have gone through the same pain but, in my personal opinion, chose to face the same pain differently.
More William chose first Kate, but he didnt want to let go of his life of parting, and sleep with every woman in the block, so he broke up with Kate, but because the good old Kate was a very good publicity stunt, his family force him to come back to her, and marry her, but William wasn't willing to let go his old habits for dear Kate, so he had a nice affair with Rose Hanbury, that the palace is working overtime to bury and not let the story go the papers.

Meghan came from a broken family herself, she could not do the same for Harry because she has issues herself. They are fuelling each other.

"Prisoners of celebrity" does not seem like a recipe for happiness. Nothing wrong with saying "I didn't choose this life and I choose to leave it while I am still young enough to enjoy my life and be a positive force for my child."
The problem with monarchy is the belief that if everyone doesn't drink the koolaid then the whole thing will collapse. Even the Queen who has been a paragon of duty and self-sacrifice has made decisions for "the monarchy" which were cruel and lacking in compassion. They were made to protect the institution by sacrificing the people.
Sad isn't it, to have lived a life that was full sacrifices for the ' greater good'. When one is about to leave this life it's reported that one hardly thinks about the sacrifices one had made, but the opportunities missed to act on things one should have. Hope this won't be true for the Queen.

Everything is going to go up! In the US we have schools closing for the rest of this year, and I'm not talking just college either, the people are more or less on house arrest. Its so boring..

No they didn’t. I remember distinctly and I’m from the US. There was hardly nothing of them at all. Maybe a total of three times. Just pictures or videos of the girls cheering them on walking. But they weren’t interviewed. They were left alone.
