Just a thought but I wonder if the movie would have been successful without the music of the Bee Gees. John Travolta is a great actor , but the music made it even more special.

What about the one from Airplane?
I've been involved with dance music since about 1970 but still never seen this film but I have played the tunes countless times
Just a thought but I wonder if the movie would have been successful without the music of the Bee Gees. John Travolta is a great actor , but the music made it even more special.
Can't agree with you more; some of the best music ever! 💫💫
Without the music it's garbage
No way
Without the incredible music of the brothers Gibb, Saturday Night Fever is reduced to the description that Robin gave to Barry when he landed them the job to do the movie soundtrack - "a movie about a guy who works in a paint store who wins a dance contest".
Cada quien, pero hay que tener curia
The best !!!!!!!💓
people need to google the history of the making of this movie. It is unbelievable on countless levels. The prep work John Travolta did to get in shape and learn to dance is AMAZING. Who does that anymore for a movie?
in that time the only person willing to prepare that much was Robert DeNiro.
The king of the dance floor !live from France 🇫🇷
super dance moves by Travolta... Wish I could witness that 70s disco era.
The music on this movie was a blast! Thank you for your work 🇧🇪🙏
I saw it when I was twelve in the theater ill never forget it.
Puff Amazing!
I was 10 when this was released in 77'. The best time to be alive was in the 70s and 80s. Great memories!
This might be the best scene in the history of American cinema! It changed music, the bar scene, the culture...OK don't get nuts but this is awesome!
This is so dope! I get hype every time I see it.
The good old days I sure miss .
The Bee Gees & Travolta. Perfect. ❤💖
One of the best scenes in any film.
This coming from a heavy metal drummer!!
That was some smooth dancing! Travolta killed it!!!

Damn, he worked it out in this scene! Amazing!!!!
Lo mejor de lo mejor

Travolta was considered the best dancer on the planet after this movie.
@The Chimera 🤣 Good for you. You made her smile. That's what counts.
