Great looking vehicle. It is pretty 21st century but the instrument panel is pretty easy to maneuver. I'm surprised by room in the back seat. I rode in an older model in the back seat and it was tight and I'm not as tall as you.
Really should of showed the differences between the 2024 and 2025. For example the 2025 Kona has different looking digital gauges than the 2024 Kona. Really couldn't see them with all the glare.
The gauges from the 2024 to the 2025 are the same . You can look at the Hyundai media PDFs that show you all the specs for each trim and then compare it to the 2024 one.
@@jraheemjefcoat429 The graphics on the gauges are definitely slightly different I have the '24 and I'm hoping they do an over the air update to make them the same.
Very detailed review. Appreciate it. I was considering the 2024 limited just a few weeks ago and then i saw the 2025s were coming into my local dealers just in the next 2-3 weeks. I like that they added AWD already to the limited trim and you don't have to add it on. Thats how it should be with the top trim IMO. I wish we got the hybrid model in the USA. I know Europe gets it (and i think Australia). Was also considering the new 2025 kia sportage since it does come in hybrid. One question since you're also in a hot state. How does the AC work? Im used to electric compressors for the last 10 years with having a hybrid and they work way better than belt driven models in standard gas cars.
Is there a model without the bells and whistles? I'm ready to sell my BMW to stop car dealerships from selling my driving g history to car insurance companies. Modern isn't always best for consumers 😢. At this point, I don't mind rolling up the windows manually 😊
My review of my Kona. You may be wondering why one star, let me tell you a quick story. I buy a Hyundai Kona, 30,000 miles later, Kona engine blows up, 2 months go by, engine fixed, have vehicle for one week, engine blows up again. Still under warranty, vehicle gets fixed AFTER 5 MONTHS LATER. They were nice enough to give me a loaner, I still can drive around, and go places. The same day they fix the vehicle, I get a phone call at 5:40 PM saying they need the vehicle back the next day. Less than 24 hour notice, my whole family is sick, they need the vehicle, no budging, no sorry, no nothing. I talked to a girl that works there, attitude, no remorse, just telling me the same thing repeatedly. I ask for a phone number or a higher manager, nope. CUSTOMER SERVICE used to mean something, not any more. Hyundai, you were doing so well, but you couldn't do the simplest of tasks. You couldn't make my life easier by just waiting until Tuesday when you open back up like I asked? The audacity to demand the loaner vehicle back within 12 hrs, after the fact it took 7 months to fix my vehicle (that probably is still broken) and the GM to hear my complaints and say "OK" is why I will never buy a junker from Hyundai ever again.
@@brooklynforge4591 considering I talked to a GM and he was nonchalant and shitty, if that is the type of person they have running their dealerships, are you sure you want to be involved with that?
kislux You are so well-informed about luxury accessories and bags. You've obviously done your due diligence and the comparison to the US is very informative...because of course, I live in New York. thank you very much.
Check your settings, you should be able to choose between that look (“modern”), the minimalistic one and an analog setup.

I keep my eyes open for those videos!
Did they finally update the infotainment system with navigation to now support wireless Android Auto and wireless Apple Car Play??
Great review & I'm planning on buying this car.

I just drove this car as a rental and can confirm it supported Apple Car Play but not sure about Android, if that helps you!
Yes

I'm debating trading in my Honda HRV for this. The Honda Is nice but lacks any personality.
It is really nice. The Tucson is similar in price depending on trim...that's nice as well and might be more of a vehicle

those are completely dealer issues, hyundai has no control over how dealerships act. Sounds more like a one star review of the dealer then the car.

@@BonlyJonly again car manufactures do not have control over the dealerships, two separate entities.
@@brooklynforge4591my vehicles engine exploded twice before 35k miles. That happened no matter how shitty the dealership was.
