- In this video we look at the 2025 Hyundai Kona SEL AWD finished in Soultronic Orange Pearl with the black cloth interior. The 2025 Kona introduces several new features across the trim lineup and gives lower trims more features than before. The SEL is unchanged for 2025 but some of the exterior colors do cost more than 2024. Most Kona SEL's will still come in under the $30k price point, however it will depend on features and colors. The SEL comes well equipped with power drivers seat, tinted rear glass, dual zone auto climate control and more. I was originally considering the 2024 kona just a couple months ago.
The two things that turned me off is the black fender flares and that we don't get the Hybrid versions in the USA.
Thats why ill just wait to check out the new Tucson hybrid when it hits the lots. Obviously it'll be a lot more expensive vehicle but has a good amount of stuff up in amenities and handling.
That's not true, the Kona is available in EV.
@@BoopSnoot that's right. I forgot about full EV. What I meant to say is that we just don't get a hybrid model.
Kona looks great still enjoying the one I bought last year good gas mileage so far with the one I bought

Love that Soultronic Orange color! Looks great on the Kona and the IONIQ 5N! Wish they offered it on the Tucson.
It's a great color. The dealer just got an Ioniq 5 N in the same color. Definitely my favorite color on that car too.
The IONIQ 5N is awesome. A bit expensive but maybe Hyundai will have some lease deal in 6-9 months when I am in the market. Otherwise I may give for a Mach-E Rally..
One major interior design flaw will make it less competitive in the segment. This was a step backwards for the brand despite doing so many other things right in this ride.
