i bought the Deker dinosaur camera for my son, made by the same people as the camera you're holding in your video as i can see the software on the main menu is the same. i'm having a problem. i've seen when you go to take a picture there is a green check mark on your camera in the top left corner of the screen. for some reason, ours now has a red circle with a slash through it (like the logo from the "Ghostbusters" movie as if to say "no"). our camera is fully charged, has only a couple of pictures on it so it's not full and the SD card on the right side is pushed in. i can't find any info on how to get rid of this "red arrow" on the screen. it will take a picture after we press the picture button several times.
Do u have any ideas what this red arrow means and how to change it back to a green check?
