Hard to use, not effective against barbarian and tempest since you lose the shield essence on shoulder (replaced by arcane deputy disintegrate essence) and lack of cc.
@raffy2644 can try latest new essence, jolt of star (rolling meteor) + old twisted bloom arcane wind + electric scorch, I tried jolt of star on pve monster ,the knockback effect is superb, will try it on PvP laterwards.

there's the damage reduction pants essence you can use with disintegrate to make up for the loss of shield.
