God’s actually been speaking to me about real estate, and it’s to rent to the nonbeliever who can keep working no matter what and I can be a witness to them as a fair landlord. Sometimes we mistakingly think we are to offer a charity and borderline need charity ourselves when in reality all the wealth belongs to the Lord, it’s OK for the nonbeliever to hand it over to us as we offer them a fair service or product.
Where I live it is wise to not let people move out October-March(unless your looking for those Who will need to offer up a double security deposit and first months rent). However, they can do month to month otherwise as long as they give a 45 day notice. Look up your country/states laws. Know some places so desperately want town houses and duplex is fixed up that the government will pay!!! Really study your local laws. I personally could have government money, but I rather deal with a nicer place, in a nicer area, and people who have a strong rental history, zero evictions found by background check that they pay for, and keep nice places near the hospital advertising in the hospital because hospital workers can almost always pick up extra shifts and like a nice house like apartment near work.
